I know that money’s no object to him, but how lovely did Lewis’s mum look today? I thought really understated and classy. Full on designer, I know, but you've still got to know how to wear it.

Yes, she looks lovely. Very appropriate for the occasion.

PatriciaHolm · 15/12/2021 23:24

Fabulous. I love the shirt .

Hollyhead · 15/12/2021 23:24

Yes I thought that too. I love Lewis Hamilton!

Hapoydayz · 15/12/2021 23:25

She does look fab.

DameLucy · 15/12/2021 23:26

Me too @Hollyhead so nice that he took his mum today. She looks so proud. Bless her

I thought the same. She looks beautiful and very classy. I really like Lewis too.

OYeMuppets · 15/12/2021 23:30

Lovely photo of her, she looks so proud and loving. Star

LumosSolem · 15/12/2021 23:36

Aw lovely 😊

She looks so proud. He really has a lovely family.

Love Lewis so much, Sunday was like the euros final x100 for me 😭

He's the GOAT ⭐️

LizzieSiddal · 15/12/2021 23:38

Yes he was robbed on Sunday. There must have been so many people shouting at the TV, it’s a wonder he didn’t hear us all!

Swirlywoo · 15/12/2021 23:39

She looks fabulous!

LumosSolem · 15/12/2021 23:43

@LizzieSiddal I'm almost ashamed to admit how much I was sobbing, right from when they announced the SC was coming in 😬

How classy was he after the race too, compared to Max behaving like a brat on the podium the previous race. Lewis is better in every way I may have named my son after him

I've just realised this is S&B 😁

HelloCovid · 15/12/2021 23:44

Lovely post & she looks great.

oviraptor21 · 15/12/2021 23:45

Agree with all the above. And lovely to see his mum.

LilaBellaRose · 15/12/2021 23:51

Really not a fan, hate that particular Dior bag and it’s too small for whatever she has protruding from it. The, what I presume to be Chanel, jacket is a bad fit and the ruffled shirt is too much for her small stature, doesn’t really fit with the aesthetic of the other clothes and is up on one side and down in the other (not sure if it’s meant time be like that or accidental, which is never a good outcome). She looks like she’s dressing in designer labels just because she can without any thought to how well they suit her. She would have looked so much better in a fantastic quality shift dress and jacket. or a dress coat, with a more understated bag. She’s a lovely looking woman with a fantastic figure but somehow just looks uncomfortable in the whole ensemble.

AnOldCynic · 15/12/2021 23:54

In all honesty?
Trousers to long and too wide
Bag too small
Frilly collar too big and doesn't suit her.
And not keen on jacket but that's just me.

I'm sure she's a lovely woman but I can't say she looked lovely.

CariadWelshcake · 15/12/2021 23:54

@LilaBellaRose

I have to agree with you. It’s just looks all wrong.

It’s nice though to see Lewis and his mum.

Theblacksheepandme · 15/12/2021 23:58

LilaBellaRose
Completely agree with you. I thought it was just me thinking this until you said something.

RobertaFirmino · 16/12/2021 01:54

I thought the outfit was a poor choice too. There's just too much going on and would look so much better without the bag and the blouse.

FormerlySpeckledyHen · 16/12/2021 06:09

The blouse wears her - It’s the first thing you notice, not her. It’s far too fussy for her small frame. Jacket a poor fit and she looks bundled up although she looks very proud.
Simpler lines would have suited her better .

BlackSwan · 16/12/2021 06:36

This season's Chanel. Can't go wrong!

Amelion · 16/12/2021 07:04

It looks all wrong to me. The ruffle collar is too much on her - it would suit a longer/slender neck but it and the whole look makes her look squat and square. She’s petite and it’s all just drowning her. Something more elegant and unfussy would work much better.

TeaAddict235 · 16/12/2021 07:08

She looks good. She looks like a woman and a mother who is there proudly supporting her excellent son. She is not there to upstage him. She looks really tasteful and respectful, decent and Attractive at the same time.

You’re right. She does look very proud and in a way it’s really nice that she seems so very down to earth and not used to spending his millions on a perfect designer wardrobe.

They look really comfy and cosy together.

LizzieSiddal · 16/12/2021 07:13

As a petite person myself I spend my life wearing “unfussy” clothes so they don’t “wear me”. Sometimes however it gets very boring and I wear something I really like and feel comfortable in. So if that’s what Lewis’ mum has done here, then good for her.
