Happy New Year everyone!
We were meant to be going to friends for the New Year but they have colds and some haven't had chickenpox and DS was still a bit blistery on Thursday when we made the call on whether to go or not, so we decided not to risk sharing viruses, so a very quiet NYE in for us! It was nice, though.
Despite the decision not to share viruses I seem to have picked some sort of coldy/fluey virus up from elsewhere. Have done 2 x LFTs, one yesterday and one today, as I couldn't get a PCR test, and they're negative, so not Covid, but I feel dreadful. Can't get a PCR test for love nor money around here, except via post, which obviously isn't running over the Bank Holiday, so it's a bit hopeless really and I'm just hoping the LFTs are accurate and avoiding people as much as possible. I know it's silly to be paranoid when the LFTs are negative, but I never know how much to trust them and I don't want to be responsible for making anyone else ill.
Very chilled day today due to feeling rubbish. We went for a dog walk and that's about it so my outfit probably isn't worth posting for about really but I'm trying to be better about posting! Excuse the mess behind me, sorting our bedroom out was meant to be a Christmas leave job but we're almost at the end of Christmas leave and it's looking worse than ever...
Knitted hoodie - M&S
Leggings - M&S
Worn with Aigle wellies when we went out.
Has anyone bought anything nice in the January sales? I've got a few bits from Cos and a few bits from Hush coming. I've sold off a load of my dungarees and Lucy & Yak bits that I haven't been wearing much so had some funds to play with. I did break and get that puffer coat...
I love your outfit today @Sooverthemill, those trousers are a beautiful cut on you.
Love, love, love your outfit with the star skirt from the other day @EllaPaella, you look amazing!
