Got the cult beauty gift this morning - was able to combine it with 15% off by downloading the app and using the code ‘FIRST15’. Mostly got stuff I’d been waiting to buy so don’t feel too bad about it. That’s me done for a while now though…

I really want the cult beauty stuff but it’s dermalogica things that I need to replace and they don’t stick them which is really annoying. Does anyone think we will see a Liberty gwp drip soon?

TheDuchessOfMN - yes it’s high, I wouldn’t have gone for it if I didn’t have a list of stuff to get.

Frankin - I don’t think there will be any Liberty GWPs anymore because I imagine they’ve replaced it with the beauty drop scheme. I might be wrong though. I do expect there to be a SpaceNK GWP in February sometime and they sell Dermologica. They have been going towards lower qualifying spends too which I really like.

I agree. It's a huge spend for them to send you a bunch of minis. I think that these are a bit of a con tbh. Unless you're planning to spend anyway it's just not worth it.

@BakeOffRewatch have you seen the Liberty beauty drop thread on here? Lots of discussion there. I'm avoiding it as my box hasn't been delivered yet - they had to resend it as apparently forgot to send it to me strangely. So it's arriving on Monday hopefully!

No I hadn’t thanks @Giftwithpurchase. I’m following it now, one that says spoiler in the subject right? I think I’ll give it a kiss then lots of hair stuff. I think what I’m learning from the thread is I like curated edits and don’t mind paying for them, I like the space nk retinol edit the Liberty director’s cut etc. Is there a thread for that too or all mixed in here?

@BakeOffRewatch, this is definitely the thread for curated edits. I prefer these to GWPs with lots of small samples too, and every now and then CB in particular do some very good ones.

I’m currently trying to decide if the LF Valentine’s Day edit is worthwhile. With the code “TAKE10” it’s just under £50, so pretty good value.

I’ve been quite disappointed in the recent Liberty edits, and haven’t bought for a while.

If it appeals, you could also look at Skinstore’s Limited Edition edits. They have some big discounts on at the moment, and the code “EXTRA10” often works on those too (Sadly, it’s another Hut Group company if that is an issue)

I may have succumbed to that. Got loads of travel sizes for my holiday ib April. A whole week to myself in Rhodes with my Kindle. No moaning, whinging or nagging from either DH or ds. No requirement for long walks. They have a spa

@Frankin, I think (annoyingly) it’s supposed to be for new members. But you can get around that easily - just log out and then check out as a guest. You just won’t pick up the Ndulge points, unfortunately.

I am a new member I’ve never ordered from there before! I think looking at the customer chat the promo code isn’t working for anyone. Which is annoying! I very much appreciate the heads up though

I think they’ve removed it from the website now. I’m not sure what happened with it, but it didn’t encourage me to buy from space nk in the future!

Ha - well frustratingly it came up on the website for me, but the code didn't work at checkout.

I have been into the T&Cs and the very small print says...
Not all customers are eligible and if you have redeemed a beauty discovery gift in the past, you will not be eligible for this one.

Which I will say is an absolute mickey take. That information ought to be front & foremost on the page, not hidden in the T&Cs!

Not to mention - what a swizz for those of us who have bought loyally from them in the past. Clearly they aren't bothered about our custom in future...

I also failed to get it to work. Agree it was a complete fiasco for SpaceNK. T&C also now says it is sold out. Odd for them to mess up so badly; up to now I have always had an excellent experience ordering from them.

Bit depressing as they are now one of the few decent alternatives to all The Hut group sites, and I quite enjoy browsing in their actual bricks and mortar shop.

Well, after gaining a plethora of products last year, culminating in a couple of advent calendars, I did actually delete my account and try to stay off here in the hope of actually using up all I have! Epic fail 😂. Resurrected account with a (very slightly) different user name. I need something from Votary and was, for a nanosecond, tempted by the SpaceNK gift. No joy for me either (thank you for clarifying @LordEmsworth), so sadly SpaceNK has been removed from my virtual list of companies I’m happy to buy from! I’ll get it from Liberty. Loved the 2nd Beauty Drop box by the way 😊

At liberty going to do more gwp’s though? That’s the question I need answering. Their’s was the best for good sizes and range of products and I will be really hacked off if i order my dermalogica stuff from them and then they do do one just afterwards. Arghh. What to do…

@Frankin - I really want to know this too. They were generally my big treat GWP. Although they had definitely declined in the past year or so, no nice candles, perfumes and decent make up (just bloody nars eyeliner!). I’ve had two beauty drops so far which I’ve enjoyed but am very much hoping my credits could be used for a GWP splurge.

I too was unimpressed by Space NK yesterday - not great customer service. And yes Liberty and Space NK are two of the few favourites that aren’t the sodding Hut Group!

Am not remotely tempted by the CB GWP far too high a spend for lots of miniatures, it’s the least appealing one I’ve seen from
Them.
