Just for a bit of fun.

If every beauty store was closing down and you could only stock up on three items, what would be your holy grails you cant live without?

Mine

  1. Erborian CC cream
  2. A thick moisturiser like Cerave, Nivea or LRP
  3. Any SPF with a strong smell - I absolutely love the scents

Clinique Dramatically Different moisturiser - boring but works

Garnier micellar water oil infused cleanser - ditto

Caprina goat milk body lotion - seem to suffer from less irritated skin when I'm using this

A580Hojas · 07/11/2021 19:13

Sensodyne toothpaste - anything else gives me ulcers.

A thousand bars of soap.

Nivea soft moisturiser in the tube.

Aldi face cream with spf - could use that as a body moisturiser too
Chanel no5 - I don't smell like me without it

Avarua · 07/11/2021 22:55

Is this an "end of the world" scenario? If it is, I'd insist on soap, toothpaste and one of those huge tubs of aqueous creme that can be used for any moisture requiring situation. And a pair of tweezers.

Avarua · 07/11/2021 22:56

The soap HAS TO BE L'Occitane soap

I've got enough soap, red lipsticks and eyeshadow palettes to see me out so I'd probably go for Alpha H exfoliatior, Too faced Better than Sex mascara and some nice scents of Wild eco deodorant.

L'occitane hand cream and I'm undecided about the rest as I'm trying to find something that works for my dry skin with rosacea although I've just started using The Ordinary.

laurenGame · 09/11/2021 07:21

What's all the rage with Cetaphil and Cerave? I have to report on these for work purposes and struggle to give a good explanation on why they're doing so well. They're like liquid gold for customers!

HarrietsweetHarriet · 09/11/2021 17:30

Rose hip oil
Vaseline
Chanel No. 5 body creme (to get the fragrance and moisturisation in one shot)

laurenGame I have acne and have tried numerous cleansers over the years including some of the expensive/cult ones.

Cetaphil is the only one that makes my skin feel clean but not dry.
