I’m hoping I’ve been here long enough to be allowed to start the new thread. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s outfits as we move into my favourite fashion season.

@EllaPaella thank you! I went for medium which ridiculously is size 8-10! Also this is the cropped one and I think they do a longer one now. here

Work again so attempting neatness.
Leopard print skirt and navy coat both old from M&S.
Hot in the coat today but it's October so I'm wearing it.
Red top a bargain £10 from Sainsburys yesterday.
Saw a nice knitted dress in there too.
Would have worn my Rocket Dog boots but I vaguely remembered sending them to the charity shop when I went to get them.Regret that now although I must have had a reason.Think they always leaked.
This is my favourite time of year for clothes...tights,jumpers and boots.

I’m late posting today because I’ve been in back-to-back meetings for hours.

@EllaPaella mutual appreciation.One of my favourite dresses is a New Look maxi dress I copied from you on this forum.Talking of which they always have 20%, off for blue light card holders and occasionally 25%.

@OublietteBravo I wouldn't have thought of wearing my DMs with culottes.They look great.

I’ve admitted summer is over & swapped my wardrobe over to autumn/winter today. Also been making good progress selling on Vinted.

Today:
Oversized jumper - Long Tall Sally via charity
Jeans - M&S “mom” jeans
High tops - Diesel via TK Maxx

Also been trying on all my winter footwear to see what works with non-skinny jeans. I find footwear easier in summer

Late posting today but I'm once again head to toe in hush. I swear I don't have many things from them, but they all seem to have surfaced at the top of my wardrobe pile recently!

Jeans : Hush Agnes (getting lots of wear from these because they are so comfortable)

Thanks for the cardigan love. It most definitely is a firm favourite of mine. Everyone has great autumn outfits this week. Almost making me happy it's colder...

Cobbled-together 'look' as usual (I WFH freelance and have done for years since before Covid; I generally dress by pulling the nearest things out of a drawer.)
Black/grey small stripe leggings, ancient, Uniqlo I think.
Longish grey T-shirt, also Uniqlo.
Long-sleeved stripy red top, Gap.
Purple marl knit, Banana Republic, nice and warm as it's a wool/cashmere (and man-made fibre) mix.
Lovely cosy socks in brown and blue colourway, Nordic Socks
White Converse when I dragged my arse to the shop/for a takeaway coffee.

Have to go out in public tonight. I have a dress but am wondering if I can get away with wearing it with Converse or if I'll need to put proper shoes/boots on.

Casual and comfy for me today

Knitted dress : Fat Face - old but I love it, the jumper bit is separate so can be removed to reveal a sleeveless knitted dress underneath
Tights : M& S Grey Opaque

@IntermittentParps I have been coveting Nordic socks for a while and am really wanting to get some. Are they as warm and luxurious as they look?

Ella, I would say you should be aware there's a fair bit of man-made materials in them; they're not just luxurious pure wool or anything.
But I find them warm, yes, and they're nice and thick for wearing with slightly loose or stiff shoes/boots. I love the designs and colourways too.

Keeping warm today. WFH as me and my two younger boys are waiting for results of Covid test. Just all full of cold but my youngest is barking like a seal and the other has had a headache for two days. One of their friends who was here at the house all day on Saturday tested positive yesterday so we had to have a test just to be on safe side. Am pretty certain it's just a cold we have as we all feel fine apart from the snots.

I know they aren’t Nordic but where we met today stocked this range and their wooden socks looked amazing quality.

I tried on a few hats but I don’t need anymore! 🤦‍♀️ I bought some hand warmers as a gift.
