Tell me about Lush

Is it overpriced? Is it gimmicky? It seems expensive for what it is, although I am tempted by some of the face creams/body creams.

I have never been in a lush store, and have no desire to do now after reading these comments. I feel very sorry for the poor staff, l much refer zero interference from staff, l am more than capable of deciding what l want. l would think these ridicuous policies they have in place scare customers off rather than than make more sales.
