Should I buy this dress

I've been looking at this all summer and almost bought it several times. I've seen in on a person and it looked nice
I don't know what is holding me back. End of summer perhaps, a bit skint and it's a throw on, casual dress
Wish it was £40

Is it linen-ish and therefore crumply?

Thinking about autumn wear you would need to layer underneath rather than on top to avoid looking like a pile of laundry.

Looks like it would be nice with bare legs. Unsure about tights though. What would you wear it with?

I don't like it, sorry. It doesn't look to me as if it would work with tights.

Buy it if you like it. It looks like a typical hippy (compliment!) dress to me. I recently bought a dress for 90£. 90!!!!!! I cannot afford it. I thought I would regret it if I didnt.
