Shapewear needed!

I've got to wear a dress for an occasion in three weeks. I tried it on yesterday and i seemed to have porked out a bit since I bought it, dammit!
Im looking for most likely an all in one, ideally with a shaped bra, but I don't want to / can't spend loads. I tried TK Maxx the other day but no cigar Sad
Hit me with your suggestions MN'ers!

M&S do good shapewear, as do Primark.

I recommend the knickers that come right up to the bra line. I have one of those 'shaping' slips which does give a smooth line, but by the time I've walked out of the house it's already started riding up around my hips which is uncomfortable and annoying, and gives no better 'coverage' than a pair of good old-fashioned control pants. Better in theory than in pratice, like so many things in life.

I have an all in one body shaper from Simply Be which is comfortable and does the job. A bit like this one but the cups are plain.

Remember you need to go for a wee!

I’ve gone for the control slips from M&S which allow you to wear your own bra (or not, depending on the dress). It gives a good line and, for me, does not ride up.
