Decent gum leggings?

Can anyone recommend some decent gym leggings that won't break the bank but won't show my pants/cellulite? There are some reasonable pairs on the decathlon website but not sure if they're as squat proof as they claim?

Another vote for Sweaty Betty power leggings. I'm 5ft 5 and get the 7/8 length.

They are squat proof and keep their shape. I wear and wash them a lot. Also, I fell over and cut my knees quite badly a while back whilst wearing them and it appears that they are also indestructible. Shame my hand hasn't recovered...

I did the SB insiders spin thing. I got 40% off. Got 50% for my birthday recently. It's worth signing up for their emails. I don't work for them honestly. 😁 I'm just a keen runner.

Bad luck @DietrichandDiMaggio-I’d have been disappointed with that too. Sorry about your hand @Tiddlywinkly. Hope it’s something that just needs more time. Flowers

Definitely agree about signing up. It’s worth it for the early access to the sale alone.

I’m another who says I think you need to spend money unfortunately if you really want all the boxes ticked. Or my shape seems to dictate that anyway! My waist is small, probably size 6, but my bum and thighs are probably size 10 at their widest part Grin A lot of the cheaper leggings mentioned above don’t have enough stretchiness/ elasticy-ness to stretch over my ampleness if they fit nice at the waist so they won’t slip down.

SB (but not ZeroGravity for gym work, classes etc as they aren’t squat proof after a wash or two), Nike running tights for running but again some not great for squats/ yoga etc, Lululemon definitely best all round, GymShark’s top end surprised me- I found their Adapt Ombré shorts and sports bra to be good quality. A friend bought something else from there and said it was see through but these are definitely nice and thick.

Fabletics every time.

Sign up for the two for £25 or whatever it is and then cancel and then resign up with a different email when you need more
