White trainers for work/smart casual

Can anyone recommend any brands? I went into the office this week and the vibe was far more casual. I only really wear dresses so I’d like some white trainers that are smart but not too delicate. Looked at ‘veja’ and like those but would like to look at some others

Pinky which Gola ones do you have.

I have several white Superstars in various stripe colours. I find them extremely comfortable.

I've never really been a trainers person, but fancied trying the white trainer trend. I got these in iridescent and I LOVE them. Been wearing with a maxi dress and I feel quite cool for a fat, middle-aged lady

@Snoopsnoggysnog

My Supergas are canvas not leather so they are fine on a warm day.
Same here! Really comfortable even on the hottest days!

You're a bad influence, mumsnet! Just ordered 3 pairs from amazon wardrobe to try.

@EspressoDoubleShot

Trainers and dresses I think it’s a perennial now
I do hope so. It’s an absolute joy to be comfortable. I didn’t see a single pair of heels in London last week.

I have Adidas Superstars. So comfortable and look neat.

Levithecat · 25/07/2021 21:25

So many amazing recommendations thank you! I look crap in ballet flats and went back to the office in London recently and was so much more causal.
Will buy some white trainers but wear them only for work and treat them like a baby.

I wear dresses and trainers because it’s hard to find sandals that fit my wide feet! It’s comfy. That’s all I care about. Don’t care about being ‘on trend’
