I’m starting to wonder if I should stop pretending it’s summer and switch to my autumn wardrobe. Perhaps the weather will warm up if I do that?

Might have to add a jumper. Currently only 17C.

Blimey, it’s really hot! Wardrobe doesn’t know if it’s coming or going! Might just slob in the garden and do nothing. Old harem pants and a vest top for me today

It’s sunny but chilly here today. Yesterday I ended up changing out of those jeans. They are 100% cotton and need wearing in!

Going to a friend's 90s themed 40th so I'm grunge today, I actually like the hair and purple lipstick although it flakes and wears off terribly!

@Sickoffamilydrama love it. Reminds me of when I used to wear a checked shirt, with a velvet jacket on top and a denim jacket on top of that.

Thanks @Shannith I'm tempted to restyle to it permanently! Perhaps I could make everyday a dress up day?

Nothing worth sharing from me today, but hush has 10% off this weekend if anyone is in need of anything - I've gone for some Agnes jeans.

Had a good session this afternoon unpacking my autumn clothes and putting away the summer outfits I know I won't be wearing again. Very cathartic process. @Sooverthemill those news jeans of yours would fit right into my autumn ensemble! Cooler here today so probably time to accept summer has gone...

Argh, I've been rubbish again! We've been away on holiday this week, which has been lovely. Home now, via the hell that was Heathrow border control, and everything is suddenly feeling very Autumnal! It suits me, as I much prefer the cooler weather, but I was really surprised how cool the evenings are now, especially compared to France!

I love, love, love your Anthropologie trousers, @OublietteBravo, they're amazing, and the outfit overall looks great.

@Sickoffamilydrama your 90s outfit is totally up my street, I feel like I want to emulate it for real!

Hope the show was good @Shannith, did you make any horsey purchases? Even though I don't currently have a horse I still drag DH round every tack shop and stall going. I think it's such an ingrained habit at this stage, that and staring wistfully at adverts for ex racehorses on Facebook. I nearly enquired about one the other day but it wouldn't be sensible as I just don't have the time at the moment to commit to owning one right now, so need to stick with sharing. He was a half brother to my heart horse, though, who I lost last year and it's so tempting.

Nothing from me today as I've spent most of the day in comfy clothes and lying down because I've got some kind of ear issue that seems to be causing vertigo. Dosed up on sudafed and hoping that does the trick to unblock whatever is blocked, otherwise I'm back to the GP again who I think are absolutely sick of hearing about my ears after 3 consecutive infections.

@toastfiend where in France? Love France and miss our holidays there so much. And I hope that clears up soon, sounds horrid. I'd get that horse ( though I am scared of horses) it sounds like you need one in your life again. DD is trying to persuade me to get an African Pygmy hedgehog at the moment to join the 3 cats 2 dogs and 2 hamsters. Probably not.

Good to see you @toastfiend. I’m the other type - I don’t feel like I’m on holiday until I’ve unpacked. Not that I’ve been anywhere this year. Can’t wait to be able to travel properly again - I really miss it.

Drizzle and generally feeling autumnal. I feel like I’m counting the days until I can switch to boots.

Luckily/unluckily it was a bit light on horse stuff though I did manage to watch the 1.50m class in between being literally mobbed by beagle puppies.
