@Maireas I think they're probably related in several ways, given that HM, the DoE and the ex king and queen of Spain all descend from Queen Victoria and/or King Christian of Denmark!

Can I nominate the two older sons of CPF’s brother Joachim (and his first wife Alexandra Manley) to the list of easy-on-the-eye Royals? Here they are with their uncle Frederik and cousin Christian before one of Denmark’s Euro games.

I was that Queen Victoria married her first cousin as did Einstein, Charles Darwin and the parents of King Harald of Norway, - Haakon's grandparents.

I thought while it isn't illegal it is considered better not to intermarry and in parts of the UK nowadays they are actively discouraging it as it can lead to health issues for offspring ?

Apparently this weekend is Beatrice and Edo'a first anniversary. How can that be? It feels like they only got married a month or two ago!!

So sorry, not sure who's who, but I love the cream floaty summer dress on the blonde girl to the right and the white blouse/black trousers on the brunette lady on the left.
They are all a stylish bunch! Except for the white shoes!

The girls are very close in age and it's hard to tell them apart with masks on! I think Leonor is on the left, and Sophia (not Sofia!) is on the right. But others may know better!

Yes you have it right @Maireas. It's confusing because Leonore is slightly shorter than her younger sister Sophia!

I generally go for eye colour - Leonore the older Infanta has blue eyes, and her younger sister brown - but that’s little help at a distance!

Sofia is also the absolute double of her great-aunt Irene (Queen Sofia’s sister), it’s quite uncanny.

Sofia is the younger but taller sister. She's already topping Letizia and she's only about 14!

It's also Sarah Chatto's anniversary today. Her wedding dress remains one of my all-time favourites.

I love the simplicity of Sarah Chatto's style.

Sarah's wedding dress was beautiful and has really stood the test of time. I loved the bridesmaids flowers and headdresses too.

I hope she's had a happy marriage as her parent's marriage was unhappy.
She, like Lady Helen Taylor never rocked the boat ( to my knowledge) or garnered publicity but just got on with their lives.

I think Lady Helen went through a very brief period of infamy in the 80s (something about topless sunbathing and the nickname "Melons"?) but has led a very low key life since. She was a muse for Armani at one point but I'm not sure exactly what that entailed - free clothes, I'd imagine!
