I've bought a few items and can't decide. I really like the red dress.
and it looks nicer on than I thought. However, it's not forgiving on the tummy. I'm a size 6-8 but if I have any bloating this dress won't hide it.

The shoes I really liked but now they are on i'm not so sure and the beige linen dress isn't my usual style (I wear a lot of florals) so can't decide!

It’s a pretty dress but I’m not sure it fits well on the bust. The darts are sitting awkwardly. It would bother me but maybe you’re not worried. It looks generally nice though.

I’m not keen on the shows.

The colour and style of the red dress suits you but I don’t think it’s fits very well. The bust looks too big.
The linen dress just looks like it would crease up as soon as you sit down.

The red dress is beautiful and you look great in it . You should definitely keep it. Can I ask where it’s from . I like the sandals too. Not so keen on the linen one. Not sure that it’s doing much for you

Thank you for the replies so far. I hadn't noticed the bust area of the red dress, now it bothers me! I wonder if its because I'm sort.and it's a bit long in the bust area. Hmm maybe I could do something to improve it.

I usually think that unless you love something and can’t wait to wear it, you probably shouldn’t keep it.

Keep looking OP, there are loads of dresses around and with your figure you will find some that look spectacular. Or keep the red dress but get if taken in a little round the torso.

Thanks again all. I am really struggling to find flattering clothes. I actually wish the red dress was more knee length and a bit more fitted.

Agree with this. You have such a lovely figure but neither dress is quite right. The red colour really suits your colouring though.

I love the red dress, but agree it doesn't fit round the bust.

I don't like the sandals and find the beige dress a bit meh and agree, it looks like it's going to need to be ironed really well and then will wrinkle anyway.

I'd send all back I think. Not because you look bad (you look as if you could look lovely in literally anything), but because the clothes aren't doing you justice Smile

You can definitely find nicer things to wear op. As pps have said , the first dress is too big on top , the second dress is just a bit dull. You have a great figure so I'm sure you'll easily find other great dresses.

How do you feel about stretchier fabrics op? I like new look and boden for dresses , particularly the tea style dresses they sell.

As a pp says - if you're looking at something and are not sure about it, don't buy it. Why wear something that only reaches a level of 'Meh, it will do'?

I think the red dress is beautiful, what size do you have it in? was thinking of this for myself and I'm more booby. Think it looks loose on top but still good. Don't like the shoes or the other dress, sorry!

The shoes and beige dress are very blah. Both have a feeling of middle age matron about them.

I agree with @HappyWipings new look have some beautiful dresses in this season, I've bought 4 and am eyeing up another one

I can imagine the price on those dresses Shock neither of them fit you, they're not flattering and the grey one is simply a bag of shit and would make you look like that even if you were of supermodel proportions

I'm all for spending money on things that fit really well and look great, but these dresses are neither
