MNers please help. I'm 35 and about a year or so ago, out of nowhere I developed dandruff right on the top of my head at the front. And it's making me so miserable 
I have dark brown hair so it really shows up.
I don't know why it appeared out of the blue. I hadn't changed anything. I've tried loads of shampoos, nothing helps. The only one that's made it slightly better is the ginger one from Body Shop, but this has given me spots all over the top of my back so I don't want to use it anymore.
Does anyone have any advice please? I honestly absolutely hate it and feel so embarrassed. Thanks.
