I’ve got so much better at sending things back @Sooverthemill. I think it is one thing that is easier when I’m WFH. A trip to the Post Office and back probably only takes 20 min.

I really do find summer a difficult season to dress for. Especially when trying to stick vaguely to office wear during the week. I always feel limited on outfits (I’m not).

I've got worse for sending things back in fact I've got some kids stuff next to me that I must sort today.

Warm yesterday and today. Yesterday dress country casuals, cardigan fat face. Today skirt monsoon, top whistles, cardigan phase eight. Skirt rescued from the attic 15 years after I wore it to my brother's wedding.

@OublietteBravo and sick of my family drama, the jeans you are both wearing today are really nice on you.

@Sooverthemill I like those crops on you, very nice. My wide leg jeans are downstairs to try on.

Just catching up but can I ask @Sooverthemill how you did so well on eBay??

I tried selling a couple of items last year - all sought after brands in excellent condition- and attracted zero interest!
I’d started all the auctions at 99p & included lots of good photos and descriptions. I figured maybe no one was buying due to lockdown, and everyone was having a declutter - has it picked up again?

@KiteflyingKat I’m up to £1399 today! I don’t suction I ‘buy it now’. Tend to use the suggested price but not always. I allow offers and often take low ones if item has been on a while. I’m mainly just clearing out rather than trying to ‘make’ money. My theory is the money was already gone and this is just tidying up my mistakes or stuff I’m bored with. I price Sézane high though!

Do the buy it nows take a while to sell? Maybe I’ve been too impatient in the past. My stuff is all good brands & great condition

I’ve also tried a couple of Facebook selling sites and only attracted time wasters despite very reasonable pricing

This dress doesn't photograph well, but it's lovely and floaty to wear, especially on a warm day like we have had here today.

I've basically worn this for 5 days. Best outfit in the world.

Wow @Shannith, beautiful horse. All your talk of horse riding was getting me harking back to my horse-mad days anyway - really missing it now!

My Hush Kasia cropped wide leg arrived. I thought no when I tried them yesterday but maybe this morning! Probably not right too but it’s what I had put on when I remembered them. Be brutal! My ego is left by the door. £50 in sale. Gorgeous denim, very high waisted and consequently a bit big on where they fall ( just below ribs). If you are tall these are great

Pony is not mine. I've got a Welsh cob x who thinks she's a racehorse.

Margo the palomino Arab (every little girl's dream pony!) was one of the horses I rode in my 5 days of galloping about over exmoor. It was brilliant. My favourite was actually Jenny the TB. Fast as flames! Sorry lovely cob mare brut I now want a TB!

The sun is out in my part of London so I thiught it was time to dress for summer rather than winter as I have been! This dress is actually a bit big for me now annoyingly so I had to improvise with the waist tie. It kind if takes away from the hang of the dress a bit but otherwise I falls open at my chest a bit too much

I like them too @Sooverthemill and they look nice with that gorgeous top too. They are v high waist which is flattering but I think a belt would help break up the area a bit.

I really like that top @Sooverthemill. Dug another linen dress out the back of the wardrobe - it’s quite hot here today. This one is a Laura Ashley from years ago - came with a belt which I changed for a ribbon which I like better. Shoes are Terry de Havilland wedges - these are ancient too, so are the higher wedge height rather than the mid height he sells now. Excuse my dogs bum, lol!

So just checking, you guys do realise the jeans I'm talking about are pics 2&3?

@Sooverthemill Love the jeans in picture 1 but I am less sure of the length of the jeans in pictures 2&3. Love the top.
