Having lots of beautiful friends in their forties and fifties who defy nature... I’d say 50

Your new make over has done you wonders, I would say in the other photos you posted you look mid 50's but in the first photo 10 years younger

I think you might be confusing the OP with ShrikeAttack, who is possibly the only MNetter I would instantly recognise in the street, due to the amount of selfies posted.

You look your age, I was going to say 53 before I saw your actual age.

OP you look really good, to me you look late 40's to early 50's, nothing wrong with that.

I doubt that anyone who guessed that you are in your 30's is that age themselves.

Sexist nonsense. It’s not a requirement for guys to be ‘all lovely’ to all other men. It’s just people interacting with people.

And in all honesty the cattiest comments I’ve seen on here have come from the OP! (‘You probably look old because you don’t seem like a nice person to me’ [i.e. looking old/unattractive = nasty person] was one gem).
