Definitely look your age in the wine pic. I’m not being bitter or twisted. But it’s true. And yes your new haircut is nice and flatters you and we do all need an ego boost from time to time, but it’s disingenuous to pretend you’re doing anything but fishing for reassurance/compliments!

It's a bit weird to say I don't need to validate myself, I have wonderful friends and family who love me when you're posting photos on the Internet doing just that.

I’d have said late 30s in the first photo. Closer to your age in the others.

I am confused by the 30’s/late thirties comments. OP does not look like she’s in her thirties- nothing wrong with that, but she doesn’t! I can only think those posters come from places where people have very hard lives and it shows on their faces.
