Hello, wonderful royal style fans - here's the next thread as the last one will get full soon. Please continue with the great pics, fantastic knowledge and wonderful observations!

It’s not the most flattering jacket in the world. She looks so normal there though, relatable and like she’s just wearing clothes not spending hours agonising about the look.

Oh I didn't even realise that was Beatrice! I think the headbands were a thing even before the royals started wearing them though.

Hey, not sure if this is the right thread but do any of you have specific brands you go to for Royal inspired accessories? I'm a bit of an ethical shopper & would love some suggestions!!

Wow Kate looks great today and it's not often I think that (I know I am in the minority on this one)! She looks quite modern and nice accessories

It's a coat - there's a beige pleated dress underneath. At least it's not pale blue! Nice and bright, but the shoes... that woman has tough feet!

I’m not a fan of beige I’m afraid, nor do I love the coat. A rare miss for me but perhaps I’m just having negative Friday!

Ok upon seeing the link @gingercat02 posted I don't like the beige skirt (although I do like a pleated skirt) and I find that shade of red a bit too strong. I prefer blue-red to orange-red.

I'm with you Katie on Kate's outfit today. I'm not keen on the coat or the beige skirt/dress.

Prince Charles, on the other hand, is truly adorable!

Definite miss for me today, the beige skirt looks wrong under the red coat and the whole look is so staid or something, can't put my finger on it. For me, it was a day more suitable for her everyday look.

Whilst I still love the red coat and think she looks great (her hair is to die for with those bouncy curls!) I agree that pleated beige skirt is a bit 1980's St Michael. That red would have looked spectacular with black.

Yes the beige, it's more a coffee cake colour, and red are 80s, you're right but oh yes to hair envy!

1980s St Michael that’s exactly what I was thinking and couldn’t articulate. It reminds me strongly of my grandmother who I loved inspite not because of her clothes in the 80s.

I agree black would have made the coat look better too.
