Dorothy Perkins returns

Has anyone else had problems with DP returns? The site won't accept my return request as it's over 14 days since I placed the order except that it took 12 days to arrive! The contact number has a recorded message saying they aren't taking calls and emails are being ignored. The customer contact form is useless as you can't even enter in your contact details. I'm now stuck with a load of stuff I don't want .

Was going to place a order then saw the comments on their Facebook and trust pilot pages.. So so so so many people have the same issues either orders not received,part received or not able to get a return note. Which is a shame cause loved their clothes but doesn't seem worth it.

Just resurrecting this thread to see if anyone actually got any money back? They've had my return for over two weeks now and no acknowledgement much less actual refund. And Boohoo reporting 35% rise in profits .

I got a credit to spend.. I contacted them via Messenger and managed it that way 👍 they didn’t offer straight away and told me to contact Boohoo who told me they couldn’t sort it.. so I persevered with DP and managed to resolve it in the end. x

Boohoo, who bought Dorothy Perkins and Wallis earlier this year, are cheap for a reason.

I've also had to chase a refund on Dorothy Perkins after they hadn't return for 3 weeks and no contact. They are now promising a PayPal refund. I contacted them via Facebook messenger which was relatively easy. To start with they offered me credit for my "next purchase" which made me laugh and I told them there will not be a next purchase

Ordered 2 prs shoes no goodboth scratches not been worn need a refund and I need to send them back cannot get a return label need Dorothy perking address no tel no so can ring them
