Blusher recommendations not powder

I’m late 40’s and haven’t used powder blusher for some time as it didn’t seem to flatter my skin but can’t find an alternative I’m happy with.

I’ve tried a liquid Daniel sandler that was recommended but it doesn’t give me enough of a blush and is very watery.

I used to buy a bourgeois whipped mousse blush but it was discontinued years ago.

Can anyone recommend, I don’t really mind the price if it does the job

I love the Milk cheek & lip tint in Werk. Really easy pink on the cheeks & lovely to wear. It lasts an absolute age too.
Friends also recommend the Trinny cheek pot

I like the Milk one too.

Trinny London

Puffalicious · 23/03/2021 23:22

Rosie Huntington Whitely for M&S. Brilliant pink that stays and good value. Also Benefit liquid Benetint is great- lasts ages.

ChardonnaysPetDragon · 23/03/2021 23:23

I came to say Maybeline dream blush but I see it’s discontinued, which borders on the criminal.

Another vote for Stila convertible colour

ouchmyfeet · 24/03/2021 05:49

Another vote for bobbi brown here. Nars multiple is also great

SpeckledyHen · 24/03/2021 06:20

Another Stila fan here .

WhereAreWeNow · 24/03/2021 06:21

Glossier do a nice tube of blusher.

I also like Clarins cream blusher. And Elizabeth Arden ceramide blusher.

Girlintheframe · 24/03/2021 06:40

I second the glossier cloud paint and it's buildable.

TheRedBalloon · 24/03/2021 07:02

Benetint, I've used it for years and love it.

Ulysses · 24/03/2021 07:08

Ive just bought the Glossier Cloud Paint in Storm and you only need a teeny tiny amount for a flush of colour. It is a fairly deep shade in itself. I've got fairly light skin but using a bit of self tanning drops to give me a bit of colour at this time of year. I'm 46.

bonfireheart · 24/03/2021 07:10

Facetheory

Twilightstarbright · 24/03/2021 07:11

I like the Charlotte Tilbury beach stick as a blush.

ZaraW · 24/03/2021 07:12

I like Milk, Pixi blusher stick and Rituel de Fille.

WhereAreWeNow · 24/03/2021 08:42

@ulysses that's the shade I have too.

WellTidy · 24/03/2021 08:48

I like the Stila one too. Benetint is very popular, but I find that you have to work really fast with it to blend it and move it, or it just stains wherever you put it on. It is very runny.

SummaLuvin · 24/03/2021 09:11

Fenty cream blush. I like Petal Poppin but they have loads of great shades.

PradaBallbag · 24/03/2021 09:14

I use Glossier Cloud Paint or Trinny Lip to Cheek - both brilliant.

PandoraP · 24/03/2021 09:53

Nothing beats Benetint for me

MrsBobDylan · 24/03/2021 09:55

Anyone else got sallow skin who can recommend what colour Stila convertible they use please?

ZenNudist · 24/03/2021 10:02

I use benefit cha cha tint. A coral version of benetint. Find it really easy to blend in and lasts ages.
