What trainers are you wearing?

I'm a bit tired of my white converse, I've been wearing them for about 10 years and just replacing when they get worn out.

Which casual trainers are you wearing for day to day normality?

Cheetah print converse or Adidas swift run in light blue.

Adidas Nizza, just got them yesterday and love them!

White Nike Air Force 1 or vans old school in black

New Balance 327 (collaboration with Casablanca)

Nike Air Force, but I don't find these very comfy.

Adidas superstars. I find them so comfortable. I have Gazelles but they tear up my heels 😩

Nike air max. I haven't really stopped wearing them since school just got new ones as they wear out.

Nike air max 90...after years of a dodgy ankle in converse I'm finally able to walk comfortably! I want them in ALL the colours!

Adidas Ultraboost by Stella McCartney. Like walking in air and beautifully designed.

Veja (took a long time to break in, Superga, Stan Smiths, New Balance 373 and Nike wearalldays, like wearing slippers all day.

Right now I'm not wearing trainers because it is too wet and too muddy. The ones I have that I will wear wehn it is dry and not muddy are Nike Renew Rival. They are unbelievably comfortable.

I'm not sure I should be posting in S & B because I don't view trainers as a fashion item

Superga. In my head they make my legs look all long and coltish like Alexa Chung’s (they do not, but I am too bought into the fantasy now).

Superga cometu metallic silver & Veja campo in Fluro...

Both super comfy but Vejas took time to soften up..

adidas SL72s recently re-released in loads of colours. Originally designed for the athletes at the 1972 Olympics.

I recently plumped for Onitsuka Tiger. Really really comfortable. My last pair were Veja and I did like the way they looked but they took a while to break in and were never especially comfortable. I like the retro vibe with these and have had some compliments.

They're a pump style like converse but mostly plain so a bit nicer and more grown up IMHO. I've got a tan pair and a white pair. They are about £100 but I got them for about 1/3 off at the outlet shop.

Skechers for work in winter and Asics in the summer as the ones I have are thinner - work in Childcare & am on my feet all day.

The snobbery around Skechers is absurd 🤨

@Germolenequeen I guess it depends what you like. My sister LOVES Skechers and has several pairs. We've got very different styles, and I only ever wear "sporty" trainers when I do sport (I wear ASICS running shoes). For everyday wear my trainers have to be both comfy and retro (so my Onisuka Tigers, Adidas Superstars, Converse). Skechers just don't fit the brief.

I agree. They are so unbelievably comfortable. Comfort over style for me. Although stylishly comfortable would be nice.
