I’m sick to death of ill-fitting clothes and being scared to wear anything because of my body shape.

I’ve always hated my body, but more so now since having DD.

My already wide hips are even wider after DD.
I have 34G bust.
My thighs are big
My waist is small(ish, a lot smaller than the rest of me but)
I’m short, 5ft.
I’m not very toned, so I get self conscious of my back fat!

I’m not trying to critics myself as they’re facts, but I honestly have no idea how to dress for my shape?

I love seeing people looks so trendy and stylish, I’m 24 but I’ve never been able to look like the girls who wear hot pants and crop tops. I can’t wear bralettes or tops with bustiers or boning. I love them but they just won’t fit me in one area or another.

My wide hips and thighs are like a 12-14 but my waist is a 10-12.. maybe more of a 12 now thanks to lockdown. But no matter what I buy it’s always tighter in one area than another and just always looks half-arsed.

I’m so fed up. I’m self conscious, I just want to look good.

Where do I begin with clothes for a body like mine? 😫 pictures would be much appreciated (they don’t have to be of yourselves, just inspo!)

With summer coming, and me in desperate needs of wardrobe updating, I’m looking for a few wardrobe staples that will make me look good and feel good wearing.

I may upload a picture later of my body so you can see what I’m working with!

Underwear website sells a bra measuring tape for £2.50 well worth it to give you an idea of your size.

Now I see the photo - you look amazing in those jeans. I’d second going to Bravissimo and getting a really good bra. If you can afford it there’s rigby and peller too. Dip bras in the sink and hang on the towel rack and each one will last 2-3 years.

To be honest, having the boobs contained so nothing jiggles is very freeing to.
