@Sickoffamilydrama I love the jeans. What's the elastane content? Will they stretch? If not go to the next size

I love the jeans @Sickoffamilydrama. Not worth it if they're not comfy, though. They look great in you, so I'd be inclined to try the next size for comfort.

Not been on for a few days. Work has been manic this week. Everyone is looking fab, as ever.

Today (Friday was a mish mash of leggings and old jumpers as I spent most of the morning out walking with DS and my DM, and the afternoon in front of my computer!)

This is my first time posting so I hope this is right ... topshop jeans, nasty gal body suit, nasty gal pumps and a misguided shacket - just something casual for the weekend.

@happytobemrsg can I ask where you had your new analysis done? I had a SBS one and was told I am an autumn hourglass. I agree with the autumn bit but I think I am more of a rectangle as I really have no defined waist at all.

I'm also interested in the colour analysis @happytobemrsg and @EllaPaella - I had an online style analysis done and was also told I was an autumn but I've just done a quiz on another thread and think I might actually be a clear spring. I think maybe I should just bite the bullet and have a face to face analysis done - the thing that puts me off is that if I don't like the colours they suggest I'll probably ignore it

Anyway, today I'm wearing a jumper from hush which I think fits with the clear spring palette to try it out (it's a brighter green in real life) and skirt from M&S

Thank you everyone. These are from fat face but the colour I have isn't available any more. The pale wash is good. I sized down in these. The other fat face ones I have I went for my normal size but wanted these more fitted.

I would like a style analysis because I want to know what shape I am. I think I'm a rectangle as my chest and hips are the same and my waist not massively smaller. I don't want to SBS as that seemed fraught!

I’m already debating putting a thicker jumper on - I’ve been out for a walk and it’s colder than it looks out there.

After everyone saying try stretching the jeans I might give it a try they might also be an incentive to push harder to lose weight off my waist! Although I took a side on picture late Jan & one today & I can definitely see that my stomach is protruding less. It's that hard to shift mid belly fat that is really unhealthy 🤦‍♀️

@Sickoffamilydrama I've put on 4 pounds since xmas and although that's till fine it's making me feel unhealthy so I've signed up for second nature. I'm hoping it will give me the spur to eat more healthily. Famous last words as DD1 just sent me a box of chocolates for Mother's Day!

Another gorgeous day here today at the coast, spending as much time as possible outdoors.

I love the green jumper @PalacePaper. Rightly or wrongly I would wear that colour of green. I also love the jeans @Sickoffamilydrama but I would size up if it was me. I wouldn't be confident of my ability to lose weight... today cardigan Ness, cords M&S. Good luck with the return to school tomorrow all those in England.

I would also worry about keeping too-small jeans @Sickoffamilydrama, only because for me, it would be stress-inducing rather than motivating! Another vote for trying next size up!

@Sickoffamilydrama is depends on how much elastane they have. 100% cotton denim definitely gives. But high stretch probably won’t

I definitely wouldn’t keep any brand new clothes that I had to lose weight to fit into comfortably. I’d definitely try the larger size over that approach @Sickoffamilydrama.

I think I might work my way through the skirts in my wardrobe this week (inspired by @Sickoffamilydrama). I don’t think I have very many - I’m not even certain I have enough for 5 days worth of outfits. I feel like I must have, but can only currently visualize 4 of them.

Yay @OublietteBravo I thought I didn't have that many skirts until I wore them all! It's actually made me appreciate what I have a reigned in the desire to buy more. I've got plenty of variety. I'm now going back through the dresses as I didn't wear all of them when I opened to have a dress week...in fact it will be a couple of weeks 🤫
