Exactly that! Please help. Cheaper would be better but I am happy to consider investing if it’s really good stuff.

Vaseline at night

I put on oil under my moisturiser morning and night and also mix my foundation with serum which helps. Hourglass ambient light powders also give a lovely glow.

  • Cutting out all sugar
  • Using micellar water before make-up remover (double cleanse?)
  • Mixing facial oil in your moisturise at night

You have all been so helpful!!! Thank you so so much! The pictures are helpful @Sickoffamilydrama - Im definitely going to investigate some of those products.

I’m giggling again at the poster who said put on weight... sadly, I need to lose a bit!!!

I like to do my creams, makeup and THEN.... I take my face cream and rub it between my hands and pat onto my face, like a finishing layer. It leaves a nice and fresh but not shiny layer as makeup can get really matte.

Get an led light mask and use daily.

Other than a really good skincare routine the only thing that makes me glowy and dewy is Glossier Future Dew.

Laura Mercier primer and no foundation or powder.

@bebarkered

Definitely use oil under your moisturiser x
This is definitely the trick. I use coconut or even olive oil.

I used cocnut oil on damp skin for years before discovering the ordinary retinoid in squalane a few years ago..Recently covered some shifts in a new resi unit and everyone thought i was in my 30's which was a massive ego boost lol..Mind you I hardly drink and as its so hot here in qld constantly have a water bottle at hand..probs got something to do with it too

lborgia · 13/02/2021 08:14

In my early 40s I used rose hip oil all the time, and actually got old friends wondering what was going on.. but I had pretty dry skin then.

Now I'm 50 I have combination skin and this is amazing... I just stare at my skin and wonder whether to add anything.

CEO Glow

When the assistant suggested it I thought it sounded too faddy, but it's the dogs pyjamas.
