I absolutely love it. It's warm, earthy with the Vetiver and resinous with Ginger and Neroli.
I adore Ginger in Perfumes and this is wonderful. It's different enough to last springs reiteration for me to keep.

@QueenPaw im sure i have a bottle of Cheeky Alice soemwhere about that id be happy to send you, im sure its only had a few sprays out of it but its just not one i reach for. Youd have to wait until im able to get out to the post office and i dont know how long that will be but if you want it im happy to send it :)

im trying to cut my collection down soemwhat so im more than happy to send it, i just dont know when ill be able to get it sent. sheilding is a PITA!!!

it is a pain, not that theres anywhere to go right now. just cant wait to get my vaccine tomorrow and then hopefully be out int he wild again once shielding ends!

there may be soem other bottles being offered around when i get round to sorting through things and you perfumistas will be given first dibs though i cant be certain when ill get to the post office OR when ill get round to having a sort through

Have been wearing this for a couple of days now, it lasts really well on me. It's also probably the most spring like of my current collection.

@Fferny1 My spring 21 has just arrived too. I am really delighted as I didn't like summer or Autumn 20, I skipped Winter and decided on one last go. This is the perfect fragrance for me, light, citrus with a bit of ginger zing. Perfect!

Has anyone tried Miller Harris, Hidden on the Rooftops? It's just come up on TK maxx and I'm very tempted... but I've made errors with blind buys in the past.

I've got a couple of MH fragrances which I love (tea tonique and fleur du matin) but they're both citrusy. I tend to avoid very floral fragrances, not because I don't like any of them them, but because I'm not knowledgeable enough to be sure of the ones I do like.

This one is meant to celebrate honey bees, which appeals because I did my PhD on honey bees.... but doesn't tell me much about the actual perfume!

Anyway, I'm waffling. Have you smelled it? Should I just go for it?

@Fferny1 I don’t get the ginger at all! Not fair! We are going through a curry phase at home and I’ve been getting through tons of the stuff so maybe I’ve built up a tolerance

Mine is le pamplemousse, sadly discontinued (as is figue amere). I don’t like the newer ones so much.

Looked at the notes and Hidden has PRIVET in it. I cross the road to avoid privet in bloom. Apart from that it sounds lovely.

Well, it sounds fabulous on fragrancia... but I find almost everything does!

I think I'll try it - I've got a voucher, so it's not like spending real money

SOTD is an Alien copy from the corner shop...wow it’s faithful! Hoping not quite as much staying power as the real thing.

SOTD was Zadig & Voltaire This is Her, sweet vanilla with roasted chestnuts. It’s very strong so needs to be sprayed lightly but hit the spot on an overcast day.

Jofra I’ve never smelt the Miller Harris Hidden on the Rooftops, but I can’t imagine the privet would be very strong when there are so many other notes listed on Fragrantica?

Sotd Armani Oud Royal. I foolishly bought the one with gold dust in it so it makes you a sparkly Bond girl with every spray... I love the smell though so have learnt to store the bottle on its side so all the gold dust settles away from the spritzer tubey thing and then pick it up super carefully before sideways spraying a real faff but so worth it - one of my fave scents
