What clothes are you wearing over and over?

I’ve got tons of clothes but every day I go for black jeans and loose black jumper with a vest or top underneath for warmth.

Nowhere to go but presentable if I need to answer the door or put the bins out or pop to the shops.

When it’s in the wash it’s black joggers and blue jumper. More or less the same day in day out!

wearing all my softest clothes to hibernate until this passes. mostly Uniqlo leggings and long line cashmere jumpers in fuchsia and blue to cheer me up. A parka over it all when I go out to the park or supermarket.

StarlightLady · 10/02/2021 15:50

3 or 4 different dresses. No sorting tops and bottoms, out the shower in respectable in an instant.

EllaPaella · 10/02/2021 15:54

In winter either coated jeans or skinny jeans with a jumper - at the moment an oversized roll neck jumper or a grey cashmere jumper.
I pretty much wear a variation of this outfit everyday when I'm not at work as I need to be dressed warm and practical for dog walks.
If we weren't in lockdown and I had my usual social life then I'd be wearing more dresses and skirts.

pensivepigeon · 10/02/2021 15:59

Coated jeans. Handily waterproof!Grin

afrikat · 10/02/2021 16:00

Leggings from Love Leggings. Gap vest. Hush Jersey top. Fluffy socks

Flippyferloppy · 10/02/2021 16:04

Jeans or tracksuit bottom, t-shirt, fleece or jumper, slippers. It's been like that since March, with temperature dependent variations

Bluntness100 · 10/02/2021 16:06

God honestly it’s not good here

I wear black leggings or joggers, a variety of black jumpers with a vest on underneath for warmth

When I have a work video call i put a nice top ans some make up on, then take it off straight after, and shove that days black jumper on,,

Once a week I wear jeans and a nice jumper and make up, for a zoom night with friends, not because I have to but because it’s nice to make an effort for me. And I’m doing fuck all else.

But yeah, I’m like morticia in lounge wear,,

XingMing · 10/02/2021 16:41

Thermals this week...

hiptobeasquare · 10/02/2021 16:46

Mainly lounge wear. I am going to make a concerted effort next week though. I had a Sezane delivery following recommendations on the S&B boards and I am really happy with the quality and hope it will give me a new zest for clothes. I also cleared out loads of my wardrobe and made a super pared back capsule so I don’t get over whelmed with choice.

TankGirl97 · 10/02/2021 16:47

Hush harem trousers, jersey tops, long wrap cardigan. Day in, day out!

doadeer · 10/02/2021 16:50

Leather leggings, mom jeans, big jumpers, yoga leggings. I make yoga tops so I wear tons of these.

Zinnia · 10/02/2021 16:56

I have decided to wear something different every day in February (StyleBook addict so not too difficult to organise). No repeats. I was feeling too guilty not wearing 80% 90% of my wardrobe. Have been paring back gradually since lockdown 1 but yes, I still have too many clothes.

Lyricallie · 10/02/2021 17:00

Literally just new look black leggings, thicker than regular leggings to keep me warmer and various tops. Haven't worn a dress in so long. I miss dresses.

MindfulBitch · 10/02/2021 17:01

Black gym leggings, trainers and a black t shirt.

mistletoeandsigh · 10/02/2021 17:33

At the moment I keep wearing leggings with a long vest and a jumper on top. I take the jumper and socks off and do yoga when work isn't too busy. Then back in the jumper.

Weirdly, during a zoom call for work my boss mentioned that I always look "glamorous" Grin In the office I normally would wear dresses and tights so I have no idea how this look could be glam!

dudsville · 10/02/2021 17:39

For winer I've lost myself in wide leg trousers, sooo comfortable, and tees with a short cardie hiding the fact that I'm not wearing a bra. I actually had a dream about my bras the other night. It wasn't exciting, but it was weird to have dreamed about them.

Thebizz · 10/02/2021 18:54

Oh yes definitely no bra!

When I started Wfh in March I decided I would wear a different outfit every day until I returned - obviously repeating items of clothing, just in different combinations. I did not expect still to be at home nearly a year later, but I have managed! Right now I wear mainly jeans with jumpers in mohair, alpaca, or cashmere. When it warms up it will be t-shirts and cardigans, then dresses. I’m on video calls (lecturer) a lot so always do hair/makeup, partly to try and have a bit of a normal routine.

bookmarket · 10/02/2021 19:05

Uniqlo heat tech black legging/trousers and a jumper. Spring and summer I was trying to wear semi - smart clothes but now, with no light at the start or end of the day, I need to get out at lunchtime and walk the dog and don't have time to get changed into warm, c active wear. I'm not seen on camera though. DH used to walk the dog in the mornings but as I'm wfh it makes more sense for me to do it. I'm so bored of these clothes now.

squashyhat · 10/02/2021 19:19

One of 3 pairs of jeans, one of a selection of long or short-sleeved t shirts depending on temperature and one of 6 jumpers (thickness also dependent on temperature) and slippers. Wellies to do the daily trudge through the mud and either trainers or ankle boots to do the weekly shop. And on, and on, and on... Sad

goose1964 · 10/02/2021 19:24

My husband bought me loads of sweatshirts from New chic for Christmas, luckily they're well made and comfortable, they have what looks like Canadian wilderness pattern. I've been wearing these with yoga pants or a maxi skirt.

Bluewavescrashing · 10/02/2021 19:24

I'm a teacher and in school every day so still getting dressed properly but I have to be comfortable whilst getting down on the floor etc. So no tailored trousers or anything smart. Leggings, mini dress, cardigan and ankle boots usually with thermals under and extra layers and cashmere wristwarmers as the windows are wide open.

DragonPoop · 10/02/2021 19:27

Every day it’s Primark black leggings, with either a hoodie of some sort or a sweatshirt with some sort of design (currently wearing a black one with a leopard print Rolling Stones logo - from Tesco Grin)

Justa47 · 10/02/2021 19:30

@Thebizz

Skinny jeans and jeggings.
Roll neck hanky hem tops.
Fleeces and jumpers.
And ankle boots!!
Or knee boots.

InsideNumberNine · 10/02/2021 19:42

Leggings and either a jumper or hoodie.

I have a few smart tops that I pull on if I have a meeting, then remove and replace with hoodie.

Hair left to dry (curly) but use foundation, eyebrow pencil and mascara daily now, plus a squirt of perfume.
