Does anyone still shop in Boden? (Of course they do but ya know) What do you recommend? I never see anything that sparks my fancy anymore...

I'm dreading my DC refusing to wear Boden any longer Grin I like it for my DS as it is often colourful and fun, and not too grown up. A lot of the other clothes for his age group are black/grey/camo/skulls and not a lot else.

@Thecazelets - I wore a boden velvet skirt this week for work that I'm pretty sure I bought 2010. It still looks like new.

I dont think of myself as a big boden fan as I dont like a lot of their clothes and I buy a lot more from other shops, because the boden stuff last years and other shops stuff gets thrown out sooner, it has creepingly taken over a lot of my wardrobe...

(And now I'm going to have another look on their website as I haven't looked for a while.)

@Lockandtees

Lots of people are recommending the Richmond trousers but they look really skin tight. A lot of reviews seem to say Boden have changed the fit recently and they didn’t used to be so skinny. I’m tempted to try a pair but my legs aren’t the thinnest. Are all you Richmond fans very thin?
No I am most definitely not

No, I'm a 14. Richmond's aren't skin tight.

I don’t like flat out fancy prints but brought this dress last summer with a good discount and got lots of compliments

I also wanted a smarter coat than my waterproof north face or primark puffa so got this one, again when it was offer with a good discount

I will have to have a look at the Richmond trousers, I have a £20 account credit. :)

Not for years. Their prints are my idea of hell and a lot of other stuff is expensive for what it is, so I stopped looking.

I've a few jumpers and jersey dresses that have lasted really well. And I love their Ellsworth ankle boots - ridiculously comfortable to walk in
I think the trick is to ignore the prints and stick to basics. I find they last for years and so whilst I don't think I buy a lot from them, I do have a lot in my wardrobe.
