Fat Face order - anyone else waiting ages??

Are they going under? Just wondering as I ordered weeks ago and still no updates or dispatch info. I completely understand these are challenging times for shops but having just seen their Twitter feed and recent Trust Pilot reviews I'm not sure my order will ever arrive

Has anyone had a delivery from them recently? I'm gutted as I rarely order any clothes online but really liked their new loungewear range - was a January treat to myself

Their website says to allow 14 days. Their email is on the Contact Us page. Even once they dispatch, there are delays in the courier/Royal Mail. I'm receiving post 1-2 times per week.

Yes I had a delivery which came in good time, like 6-7 days maybe.

They are warning of delays on their website but if you ordered more than 2 weeks ago I'd contact them. Mine came much quicker than they said it would.

I haven't had any problems with my orders. Maybe tweet them.

Yes - I'm waiting for something to be delivered and still haven't even had the, 'It's been despatched' notification.

Thanks and glad some have had orders through. I've not had any response to my emails and got worried when I saw the reviews saying there were so many customers with delivery issues. I just want my joggers!!

I had loads of problems with them I'm the autumn and I wont ever order from them again. I will say if you go on their Facebook page and post a public comment about your order it will be sorted asap. They are very responsive on the Facebook page.

I'm still waiting for something I ordered a couple of weeks ago which is usual for them.

I haven't even had a confirmation email only one from my PayPal to state how much has been taken.

I'm in the same position, waiting for an order, no dispatch email yet. My DD has had a growth spurt, we are waiting for thick hoodies and t shirts and I want my dungarees!!

In case you're worried I received my refund yesterday after waiting 3 weeks.

The shop local to me closed down last week so they may be having some problems

I was looking at FF today, put things in basket, then I tend go back to them.....in the meantime I read this posting and Trust Pilot, changed my mind.

But early on today I did order from Jugsaw then read Trust Pilot....why did I not read that first, I am now concerned about that order.

Over the past few weeks I have had nothing but delays, no refunds then having to chase up, double orders, no postage refunded, returned parcels gone missing really I should give up on internet shopping. (all with different retailers should add)

I have had some issues with ordering and then receiving emails to say they can’t fulfil the order, then the order arriving. I rang customer services and the person I spoke to said they were having quite a few issues with their computer system. I don’t know if this is related, but might be worth trying the phone number online. I got through pretty quickly.

I still haven't heard anything about my order and not being reassured by the many reviews that other customers are either!

I wonder what's going on hope they can get themselves sorted out soon. I really like FF but won't be ordering from them again anytime soon

I'm waiting ten days and it still just says processing on the website, I'm not worried yet but they're usually quicker than that.

I've had tons of separate deliveries from fatface since xmas and they've all taken longer than usual, up to 10 days, but refunds ah ent been slow at all. I think they're fine to order from. Next sell them and often that's quicker

I had to chase a refund many times in the autumn. Kept being told it had been processed but I never got the money back. I eventually got put through to a senior customer adviser who confirmed my refund had actually NOT been processed. Apparently they have taken on new customer advisers who didn't have the proper permission to process refunds on their new IT system properly. She was as frustrated as I was.

I was appalled that I had a trail of emails that said 'Your refund has been processed' when actually it hadn't. Not ordering from them again online.

@SillyoldHectorsaysKiki I did a jigsaw sale order and it came through in about a week, which is what was originally promised, so fine so long as you don’t need it overnight

I've just had a reply to my email, saying they're experiencing severe delays and it's likely to take another 2 weeks.

Oh and they've offered me 15% off in February as a good will gesture, but I won't be ordering again from them!

I ordered FF via JL website last week. Can you cancel & reorder that way?

I bought some loungewear in the 20% off deal two weeks ago, wish I hadn’t bothered 😕

My order is for children's stuff, so not available from John Lewis.
