Fat Face order - anyone else waiting ages??

Are they going under? Just wondering as I ordered weeks ago and still no updates or dispatch info. I completely understand these are challenging times for shops but having just seen their Twitter feed and recent Trust Pilot reviews I'm not sure my order will ever arrive Confused

Has anyone had a delivery from them recently? I'm gutted as I rarely order any clothes online but really liked their new loungewear range - was a January treat to myself Sad

I noticed today that TU (Sainsbury's clothing online) are doing Fat Face stuff, not a full range though

That's more than I've had from them via DM where they are sticking to 'slight delays in our distribution centre' !

It really would be courteous of FF to contact all their customers under the circumstances and maybe stop taking new orders Hmm

Might be needing summer clothes rather than cosy loungewear by the time my order arrives Grin

@lookdeepintotheparka when I've had issues with customer service I've either Facebook messaged or send a DM via Twitter ( opened an account specifically to do this!) and I've found it really helpful. Everyone is under masses of pressure and many will be WFH without their usual tech support. I've honestly not had issues except for slower than usual deliveries. Until 2 years ago I'd barely bought anything from fatface for years but i now live in their dungarees!

Well of course these won't be helping, but they should be more courteous in letting people know.

I sent them a message through Facebook this morning attaching my proof of postage and Royal Mail tracking. They responded within an hour apologising and saying the refund would be in my account in 3-5 days. We shall see!

Received jumper yesterday afternoon that I ordered beginning of jan. orders seem to be arriving just much later than usual.

It’s the lack of communication that’s annoying and concerning. I’m tempted to cancel my order as they haven’t fulfilled their obligations as a seller

Fat face have now emailed me saying the can’t fulfill my order....that’s after customer services this morning saying it was on its way. Sad

Sadly not good news as my order has now been cancelled - it's taken them over 20 days to tell me they don't have the items in stock Hmm

Not impressed at all and now wondering how long they will take to refund me!!

Mines been cancelled too but the refund email says they're sending me four pounds, I paid €30Hmm

@SuddenArborealStop I had to chase up my refund and then was only refunded for one of the items I returned! I’ve just sent them another message via Facebook and they have again apologised and said the outstanding refund will be with me in 3-5 days!

@lbb2020 I'm extra confused because the order is only one item and neither the item or postage was £4 the figure appears to have been pulled out of thin air.
Also my order is still showing as in progress on website... I try not to use Facebook is it the only way to get an answer?

@SuddenArborealStop how odd! They seem to respond pretty quickly via Facebook messenger (both times I contacted them they replied in under an hour)

To update I got my refund in two batches which don't seem to have any rhyme or reason to them.. It's not the random four pounds then settle up, its not the postage separately, truly odd amounts.
God knows what chaos is going on behind the scenes but mines resolved anyway.

I'm waiting on a parcel that, apparently, is coming from Holland, which I didnt realise when I ordered from the retailer. It was sent via UPS on 18 January. The retailer sent me an email blaming Brexit.

Jigsaw was fine, though. Got that order in just a few days.

I ordered 8th Jan and got an email a couple of days ago saying they couldn't fulfil my order. I paid with a gift card and it was refunded the next day.

However in my case it was probably because they decided after I placed my order that they no longer deliver to Northern Ireland...not that they actually gave that as a reason.

I ordered on Thursday and my parcel arrived today and it was all there. No problems for me luckily.

It is sooo slow atm, I was worried my item would get cancelled as the hoody disappeared from the website after I ordered, I ended up having to go a size down due to stock availability so was fully expecting it to get cancelled as so many others have, but it turned up today and I'm so pleased it's a small not a medium, took 2.5 weeks.
