Boots like doc martens

I am after some black or brown lace up boots, I quite like DMs but they are a bit pricey.

Are there any boots about that are under £100, similar to DMs but without the orange thread?

Office has a sale on timberland boots at the moment some really nice ones

You get what you pay for, I've got a pair of docs I've had over 20 years that are still going strong! You just can't beat them!

Look on ebay for pre-loved DMs.
Watch out for cheap new DMs - if it looks too good to be true etc.

Made in England DMs are of better quality than made somewhere else ones.

Solovair make boots that are similar to DMs but far better quality - they are not cheap but you might get some second hand. I did.

Otherwise, why not go for a nice looking pair of ankle boots. Try M&S for ankle boots at a more pocket-friendly price.

Solovair are the company who used to make DM’s when they were all made in the UK. Now they make their own range and the quality is amazing, plus not made in China. They are on my wish list this year, but can’t quite justify it yet when I never leave the house!

I've got some patent green josef seibel ones. They actually look suprisingly nice and are really comfy. Have attached a photo I think !
