The perfect pink powder blusher- suggestions needed

Mychildkeepswhining · 13/01/2021 16:52

Help needed finding the 'perfect ' pink blusher for my pale winter skin! It sounds an easy enough item to find but after 1 too many online blusher failings I need some suggestions. I prefer a powder blusher over a cream as find creams hard to blend. I was thinking more of a soft/baby pink , nothing too bright. Any help would be much appreciated!

I use benefit dandelion, it's quite subtle and gives a nice rosy glow

Dandelion powder by Benefit

ScrambledSmegs · 13/01/2021 17:03

Another vote for Dandelion by Benefit

Bobbi Brown pale pink blusher is my go-to at this time of year. It looks scarily bright in the pan but when it’s on it’s a really lovely, cool pink.

Another vote for Dandelion by Benefit.

Well dressed by Mac
I'm pale in winter and it gives a lovely colour, not too strong, I'm not sure it's still available though, the last one I got was on eBay

DailyFailstinks · 13/01/2021 17:14

Yet another vote for Dandelion! Have used nothing else for years.

Orf1abc · 13/01/2021 17:20

W7 Candy Floss. It's a spot on dupe for Dandelion.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 13/01/2021 18:18

Dandelion - it is brilliant.

Divebar · 13/01/2021 18:39

Cloud Paint by Glossier is very easy to blend and provides very sheer colour. I have a pale pink. ( puff). It’s not a cream texture at all. Glossier are great for natural looking Make up.

Yes, Dandelion is lovely.

I also have a Mac blusher called Pink Swoon which is about a million years old, but I just looked it up and Mac still sells it, it's a lovely soft baby pink and suits my pale skin really well.

Wellthisismorethanabitgrim · 13/01/2021 18:55

Milani Luminoso and Nars Orgasm are both lovely

Darklane · 13/01/2021 19:02

Really soft pinks, I have deathly pale skin so don’t do brights, too Aunt Saly!
Laura Geller Ethereal Rose is the perfect shade. Other than that Dandelion is ok or Mocha by Mac, not a bit coffee as it sounds.

Iamthewombat · 13/01/2021 19:11

I think dandelion is too pale. I am pale skinned but it is barely visible, even when you lard it on! I’m recommending NARS orgasm. Cliched but it is good.

Cocolapew · 13/01/2021 19:13

I'm very pale and have just started using Nars Orgasm, I look a bit healthy for a change Blush = me

Divebar · 13/01/2021 19:17

The only thing about Orgasm is it has a gold sheen on it.

DaftSkunk · 13/01/2021 19:22

Dior rosy glow (preferred this to Dandelion).

Benefit do a Dandelion mini, so you can try it out before committing to the full size version. It seems expensive, perhaps, but it lasts for ages.
Cocolapew · 13/01/2021 19:47

There's a Benefit mini set of blushers and bronzers on the website down to £18, Dandelion is one of them.

JMAngel1 · 13/01/2021 21:07

Be careful with Dandelion - anything darker than NC/NW20 and it won't show up.
I second Mac Well Dressed - gorgeous shade

70sduvet · 13/01/2021 21:27

Dior healthy glow awakening blush
Its meant to adapt to your skintone.
I bought it years ago loved it and lost it
I recently found it during a clear out and have refallen in love. It does seem to just give a healthy look, with a nice sheen, no glitter and looks beautiful

Kittyshopping · 13/01/2021 21:35

I think I’m right in saying NARS Orgasm without the gold sheen is called Deep Throat.

CorianderBee · 13/01/2021 21:44

Jillian Dempsey cheek tint in petal or rosy. It's gorgeous

Regretsy · 13/01/2021 22:02

Following as I’m currently using a Mac eyeshadow that was an unwanted gift but I love as a blusher! It’s a gold/pink
