She does have good colouring for it at least. I would look like a marshmallow in that coat.

Yes, I'm not keen on pepto-bismol pink, but it's a nice coat. Plus - nice to see Royals out and about! Sweet picture of William chatting to a little boy. I'm also sick of casual wear and seeing people only through zoom!

I'm on another thread on Mumsnet re Colour seasons and I don't think that shade of pink suits her.
Business as usual tor her without a right of reply.

Somehow the black trousers don't go with it - maybe burgundy or brown? Her hair looks gorgeous, I think she suits that high ponytail.

I love the pink coat, would look great with a spring green top and matching mask, very fresh.

I quite like the pink but not with the black trousers, it reminds me of maybe 90s or early noughties I think. Agree tho that the coat wouldn't look good on many, including myself! Think I like the jumper neckline.

The trousers look navy to me.
Pink in colour therapy is considered to be calming, loving & kind.
A good choice considering all the 'interesting' things going on at the moment.

Tracey I was thinking the same - pink is soft. The pink Rose Quartz is the "loving" crystal.

Looks like geranium pink to me which is a pink for Springs (Kate is not a Spring).

Maireas you're right, as it's a warm pink, black isn't the right partner. I'm not overly familiar with the Spring palette (it's clear, bright and warm which is the opposite of my Summer colours!) but to look it's best, that shade of pink needs warm based colours with it.

I hate the thought that Kate was told, or perhaps chose herself, a colour to appeal to those thinking bad of her..

Has anyone else spotted the similarity in colour between Kates jumper and Oprah's? Coincidence?

I like that pink. It doesn't really suit KM (agree wrt seasons) but it's a welcome change from that harsh blue she wears so much of.

She could wear pinks that are closer to apricot, or coral.

I really think Kate looks best in plum and berry shades.

YY to that. I think she looked fabulous in the fuchsia she wore to Eugenie's wedding too.

I like the two different pinks but not together.

I'm always a bit unsure when Kate wears pink - probably because it's a colour that I never wear and I think she looks better in other colours. The bright coat and flappy dark trousers were perfect for a school visit though.

Found this photo - for what it's worth I think that it's a much nicer shade of pink for her.

I'm not sure about Kate's pink outfit. I think that the jumper and the coat are different shades, and don't really work together.

Her trousers and shoes look navy blue to me, which I like paired with pink. I would have liked it better with a navy silk blouse (perhaps with a small pink pattern) and the pink coat.
But it's good to see her out and about, and wearing a fun spring colour!

I didn't watch THE interview, as I've no TV here, but I liked the photos of Mag's frock, very stylish!

Yes on my screen the shirt has more orange undertone and the coat more blue.
