I'm looking for something for my horrible dry winter hands, made worse by all the hand washing. Bonus points if it also smells gorgeous (no particular skin sensitivity)! I don't mind spending a bit if it actually works Grin

Another vote for Garnier Intensive 7 Days - works really well and lasts through a couple of washes.

Thanks so much for all the tips! I am trying out the Shay and Blue one recommended by @Eaumyword (and am delighted with it! Lovely and light and WORKS), but will keep referring back to this thread for future purchases Smile

The green Aesop one is my favourite. Smells amazing. I usually have a tube on my desk or bag as it’s a great pick me up in a boring meeting.

goose1964 · 07/11/2020 14:42

I'm currently using soap and glory hand good , smells gorgeous and works.

rockingthelook · 07/11/2020 21:08

Rituals hand balm (different fragrances), Neutrogena Norwegianm BodyShop hemp

Twinmama32 · 07/11/2020 21:46

For me it’s Norwegian hand cream (neutrogena), o’keefe working hands Cream. I also love astral as a great intensive all rounder

yellowbluetulip · 07/11/2020 21:46

Another vote for aveeno, the skin relief cream (not the hand cream) is amazing for my hands that would be cracked usually

QueenPaws · 07/11/2020 21:48

For "my hands are fucked" neutrogena Norwegian formula slathered on at night
Otherwise caudalie https://www.allbeauty.com/gb/en/1180363-caudalie-body-hand-and-nail-cream-75ml as it's not greasy

Xigris · 07/11/2020 21:50

The best one for my knackered nurse hands is the body shop hemp. Doesn’t smell great but is fantastic.

The best smelling one I’ve had was by neom. It was amazing but not as effective as the hemp

CeeceeBloomingdale · 07/11/2020 21:53

@Megan2018

L’occitane Shea butter or Body Shop Hemp
I concur
Hairbrush123 · 07/11/2020 22:39

I used to use an Aesop hand lotion which is very good (as pointed out by someone else - horrendously expensive) DP got me a Jurlique one for my birthday which I adore and isn’t nearly as expensive. Recommend either!

shuttheblinds · 07/11/2020 22:57

The best one you will ever use is Margaret Dabbs hand serum. Expensive but wow you see a visible difference. Other than that the Clarins one is also lovely.

Fontaine33 · 08/11/2020 09:19

Beauty Pie Retinol hand cream very good and also Hand Chemistry, or O’Keefes Working Hands for soothing

Movinghouse2015 · 08/11/2020 09:53

Another vote for clarins

WinWinnieTheWay · 08/11/2020 09:54

I love the blue L'occitaine one, but its very expensive. I'm happy with the cien sos one for everyday.

Sooverthemill · 08/11/2020 09:57

L'occitane Shea butter. I always buy this one as it doesn't have a strong smell though all their hand creams are great.

Snackasaurus · 08/11/2020 11:27

@amusedtodeath1

O'Keeffe's hand cream, doesn't look fancy but it's really good.
@amusedtodeath1 Another O'Keefes fan here! My hands were all cracked and dry to the point they bled! Somebody recommended O'Keefes and I was initially reluctant due to the price... fast forward and I now own more tubes of the stuff then you could imagine. 😂
CurbsideProphet · 08/11/2020 11:32

I buy from a company based in Cumbria called Bath House. The dermatitis on my knuckles has gone since I started using their replenishing hand cream every night. Lovely fragrances and I like buying from a smaller business 🙂
