@ilovecherries - I almost kept the sweatshirt dress, but when I tried it on for the second time it looked a bit tired (crumpled/shapeless) - so I sent it back

@ilovecherries, I also bought the teal dress in a small (I am a 12) and sent it back as it was too big and not flattering for me. The XS had sold out or I would have been tempted.

@ilovecherries - the grey dress: someone on here was saying how lovely it is - can't remember who though!

@Saurus72, I am busty and the wraps never wrap properly. Maybe this one will be different. I might go and try it on in a Toast shop (I am near two)...

I’m wearing a Lines and Current Elska necklace , never have it off. It’s the only Jewellery apart from earrings I’ve worn since March. Avoiding watches, rings and bracelets with all the hand washing etc

cherries - j have the grey dress but in black and love it. Am a 10-12 and got an XS and it's still big but in a nice way. Wear it round the house and it is like wearing air

I really wanted to like KIN but its just not quite right some how.
I had a look at the newish stuff that was in JL and its just so so oversized and Im not that keen on the fabrics, they dont really justify the price.
I bought the asymetrical dress in the sale and it sat very strangely so went back.

No I can’t get on with Kin either, particularly the sizing. My trench coat has finally arrived and sadly is going back, it’s more mustard rather than yellow and takes me off my wheel completely and is also a bit neat.
I did however at last buy the Jio dress which is the same as the triangle dress, keeping it as the cotton is lovely for summer. I have looked at it forever and finally jumped as it was down to the last 10.

I got a Christmas card through the post from Toast today: was hoping there would be a nice discount code in there....

I got one too! Shame there was no discount - it was a pretty card though.

Thinking about the toast sale, am thinking about the green check dress. Does anyone have it, or tried it - what do you think? And where does it fall on your leg? Thanks!

@BerniceBobsHerHair, I have the green dress, it is lovely. It falls below the knee: I am a 12 and 5ft 5. It has more room in the bust than the chalkboard dress but its not oversized or too big. It is a lovely bright dress and feels good to wear with boots.

@ToastCosILoveIt the green checked dress looks fab. Can I ask you please - do you have many other Toast dresses and if so, where would the green one be in comparison on sizing? I’m usually Toast dress size 12.

Hi @Saurus72, I would say the green dress is a little closer to a true 12 than other Toast dresses. I have the trailing leaf in a 12 and I probably could have sized down to a 10. I fit the chalkboard in a 12 (returned the 14). I am busty though: if you are not busty and a 12 otherwise, you might even get away with a 10 in the green dress. Although, having said that, I am busty but with a narrow back (30 or 32 bra bandwidth).

Ah thanks - I have the trailing leaf dress in a 12 so maybe the green dress in 14. It looks really fresh and crisp, perfect for wfh when spring gets here. Can’t wait for the sale 😊

@Saurus72, just to confirm,, my green dress is a 12 and plenty roomy enough.
