Boring but warm jacket for a petite, can I do better than this?

This is a Columbia waterproof insulated jacket. I am 5ft 3, size 6-8 and really feel the cold! The jacket is close fitting and appears warm and practical, but I'm unsure! Can I do better? It was about £65.

Have a look at our petite thread. Some suggestions on there. This jacket is fine but not very exciting but nothing wrong with that!
