High end mascara recommendations please

Looking to buy something special for a relatives 40th birthday.

Have bought her one every year since her 12th birthday as a silly tradition and wanted something more than the run of the mill.

By Terry double effect mascara. This is the best one I've had so far and I've a tried a lot!

Better than Sex by Too Faced or their Damn Girl. The packaging on the BTS is better

Chanel Le Volume is good.

Why just the packaging. It's brilliant mascara - I've been repeat buying for years.
