Skirts. I'm very happy as an older teen I had such a short school skirt as it wear any types at all now!

Scarby9 · 28/10/2020 16:51

Anything with a defined waist.
I no longer go in in the middle.

turnthebiglightoff · 28/10/2020 16:51

I also wore some gorgeous gypsy skirts in my early 20's. I'm so glad I did!

ImEatingVeryHealthilyOhYes · 28/10/2020 16:54

I think I read on here that you can use a lumea on thread veins, has anyone tried it?

SpaceOP I got some Russell and Bromley loafers in the girls sale, they go up to a 5 and are much cheaper

AliceLutherNeeMorgan · 28/10/2020 16:54

Bunches Sad

I love low bunches and loose plaits and that sort of thing but I am TOO OLD

AnaViaSalamanca · 28/10/2020 16:57

Spaghetti straps
mini skirts
anything jersey
low rise jeans
cropped tops
turtlenecks

CentrifugalBumblePuppy · 28/10/2020 16:59

Hot pants. There’s just too much risk of something escaping that shouldn’t.
Anything made of synthetic anything post 6pm. Going through The Great Husking; the hot flushes are terrible in the evenings, me wearing synthetic fabrics puts people in mind of a boil in the bag cod fillet.

Ron1984 · 28/10/2020 17:03

Heels absolute torture after more than 10 minutes

Cecilia2016 · 28/10/2020 17:11

Mini skirt
Cropped jeans

MozzchopsThirty · 28/10/2020 17:13

High heels, not due to pain I just can't walk in them, I'm naturally unsteady

Crop tops, wobbly belly, muffin top

Rolls necks, although I do still wear them and then curse the fact that I'm sweating my tits off

Anything high rise or low rise. High rise make me look like my mother. Low rise after 3 kids and mid 40s

IEat · 28/10/2020 17:37

Black roll necks... I wear dark blue or grey, my face looks like a ghost next to black.

Jeans.... My fat thighs rub together and make that scratchy sound 😂.

Anything sleeveless or little sleeves.

White on my bottom half.

OhioOhioOhio · 28/10/2020 17:38

Nice shoes

Gilead · 28/10/2020 17:39

Skimpy indies!

Gilead · 28/10/2020 17:40

Undies!

RedRiverShore · 28/10/2020 17:44

Anything that shows my knees
Shoes with a heel higher than about 2cm

BillywigSting · 28/10/2020 17:50

Crop tops or low waisted jeans /trousers.

Ds made quite the mess of my previously acceptable stomach.

Shorts. My knees are far too wobbly.

Neon. It makes me look ill.

High heels here too. Too old to put up with the pain and inconvenience of that now. I'm only 30. I decided against high heels approximately ten years ago Grin

kowari · 28/10/2020 17:51

Girls' support camisole (double layer and a strip of elastic, not bra cups) as a top. I used to wear them at 18-19, I'm only a 30C but I need a bra now.

Annasgirl · 28/10/2020 18:08

Polo necks - I am too short and always wondered why they were horrible on me, now I just don't wear them!

High heels - and I used to wear them every day. I have some amazing designer ones but I cannot even wear those, the pain from my feet shows in my face - not a good look!!

Pleated skirts - DSis looks amazing in these but I look frumpy.

Anything tucked in - I am inverted triangle and really need to skim my tummy area.

Skinny jeans - just realised in the past year, they look all wrong on me. I have very slim legs but my legs look dumpy in them. I still have a couple of pairs for wearing with wellies on those awful wet days but when I eventually find a better alternative, they too will head to the charity shop. I look so much better in straight leg or wider leg, cut off at the ankle to show off my tiny ankles. But skinny jeans make my legs look fat (how I don't know) and they are really uncomfortable to wear after 3 c-sections.

Parkas - I have never found one that makes me look good (I have only ever seen really, really expensive ones looking good on very slim, very tall women who are wearing very expensive shoes, jeans/leggings and jewellery). Otherwise I think they make women (and men) look like homeless people.

CharlottesComplicatedWeb · 28/10/2020 18:10

Arms out/sleeveless anything.
High heels.
Bare legs.

frumpety · 28/10/2020 18:29

Dungarees
Jumpsuits
thongs
bodysuits that fasten between the legs
bikinis
most skirts and dresses, if I don't want people to think I am pregnant
hot pants
orange actually thats just beacuse I hate it
high heels
scarves
most hats

JeremyIronsBenFolds · 28/10/2020 18:32

Trench coats. I have bought several expensive ones (including Burberry and Aquascutum) and they are just body and awful and make me look like Inspector Clouseau’s unstylish sister. Sadly Parisian chic will not be for me..

purplecorkheart · 28/10/2020 18:57

Skirts or dress other than maxi. I have very thick ankles.
High heels, I broke my ankle years ago and the ligament did not heel correctly. Last time I wore heels was at a funeral. Nearly ended up in a grave.
Polo necks make my chest look huge and I feel like my neck is been squeezed.

willowywillow · 28/10/2020 19:05

Boob tubes, backless tops or very low cut tops. I've had a mastectomy and it would be difficult to get the right bra to hold in my prosthesis.

willowywillow · 28/10/2020 19:07

Oh and very flesh bearing outfits during the day in the height of summer. The amount of suncream needed renders them totally impractical.

Magpiecomplex · 28/10/2020 19:14

Non-sensible shoes, since the bunions arrived... Sad
@TheQueef not heels or flats?!
