UGG slippers have lasted less than a year

I bought UGG slippers last December thinking they would be a long-term investment and last me ages. I guess because this year I have been home a lot more than usual I have already managed to wear them out. They look really tatty, the fur insole has rubbed away in patches. They used to fit nice and snugly and now they are a trip hazard as they are so loose!

Has anyone else's UGG slippers that have not lasted long? I am not sure whether to buy another pair (or a different brand?) or just stick with cheap Primark slippers.

Sell them on EBay well worn women's shoes you might earn enough to buy a new pair!

I bought Ugg-type sheepskin boots from Costco a few years ago to wear as slippers, and they have been great. I think they were about £30. I wear them in the garden (bins, cat etc) and round the house.

Prior to that I had actual Ugg boots that my mum bought but didn’t like, and gifted to me. Most ££ slippers ever. I bought new insoles for them at one point, but they lasted about five years.

Costco do an UGG like slipper which look really good quality and are a fraction of the price. I haven’t worn them but might be worth having a look.

That doesn't seem very good. My ugg slippers have been worn every day pretty much since December 2017 and are still going strong. They are now looking a bit worn inside the heel but are fine. I bought a new pair in the sake a year ago and haven't got them out yet
