I know there has been loads of threads on this, but I wanted to share my joy. The dogs don't quite get the level of excitement...!

I 'Boob or Busted' this weekend, and shot from a 36E to a 34HH (quite the shock, but post pregnancy so maybe not that surprising).

I was sceptical, but went with it and ordered a Freya Daisy Lace bra. It arrived today, perfect fit. Boobs are actually where they should be - I nearly took the postman's eye out. Poor bugger.

Total convert. Totally comfortable. Amazing.

(Sorry, just wanted to share my excitement!)

@FeetZelet

After opening my M&S 40DD with extender bra yet again while wfh I have finally measured with BOB coming out at 34J. Can any veterans suggest a non-expensive online brand to try please? Back, shoulder & rib pain from current bras which I despise wearing and general weight issues really bringing me down.
That’s quite a change to adjust to when you can only shop online. I’d suggest going for a 36H to start with, avoid padding/moulding as it won’t adjust to your shape as easily. If you’re getting shoulder pain from bust weight, something with more central straps and/or a side sling may help. Debenhams range is good and pretty reasonable, especially if you don’t mind prints or patterns.

Thanks @marriednotdead, I’ll risk ordering some at that size online to try.

I got the idea Grin

If it helps anyone, M&S would put me in a 40H, so if I was a standard not knowledgeable bra person that's the size I would be wearing
Going off boob or bust (and the size I actually wear) I'm a 34K
I'm a size 16 and the 34 band is comfortable, sometimes I can wear a 32 if I drop some weight. And a K cup isn't giant on my frame!

StatisticallyChallenged · 04/11/2020 07:01

M&S put me in a 36F when I was a 30HH

Respectabitch · 04/11/2020 07:09

I should really remeasure now I'm done breastfeeding. I'm a size 8 and once upon a time I wore 32B. My life was hauling straps back onto my shoulders. When I finally measured myself properly, and discovered that bands lower than 32 do exist, I was a 28FF. However, 28 bands are still a bugger to find and underwires are never placed right, so I've given up on them and now wear exclusively unwired Freya Decos.

Well I hope you lot are right, I've just ordered some 32GG bras when I'd normally buy a 36 C. They arrive tomorrow, can't wait to have perky boobs for the first time in forever!

Bejazzled · 10/11/2020 22:05

Was wearing a comfy saggy 38C, measured and tried the 32FF but it was just too tight and slightly gapey cup, - ordered a 34F which seems just right (so far day 1)
