Lip fillers for very thin lips?

Has anybody with thin to the point of non existent lips had fillers in them? I’m very tempted as I figure during this time of wearing masks I can get away with it if they look daft 😂. However most of the photos online seem to show people who already had full lips to begin with imo.

I had mine done a month ago. I can't see that much difference, even though I had 1 ml. The doctor said I should go back and have another 1 ml for definition.

It is a bit lumpy though. I can see a couple of lumps through the skin on my lips inside my mouth.

I'm going back for another 0.5ml in a few week, Craftmaker.

Though I too have some tiny lumps but can feel rather than see them.
