If anyone loves good quality lip gloss or matte lipsticks then Lisa Eldridge would be a good beauty treat. Her 2020 launch* is tomorrow at 3pm: www.lisaeldridge.com

*The Love of My Life shade isn't a matte, but a lovely smooth formula and totally foolproof to apply
**She only does one collection a year as she is independent and self funded

I'm excited for something to focus on that does not involve being on a Zoom call (but might improve my zoom face) . I might also attempt to have one day a week where I am not in any form of sports wear 😂

Today's tip - gently towel dry hair before applying hair conditioner or hair mask and put a shower cap over conditioned hair (the warmth will help it penetrate better)

Sorry I'm not very good at checking in here! I am reading along.

Last night I used a hair mask and face mask for a little pamper. Hoping to get nails done later in the week. Skin looking quite good atm so I'm happy with that.

Sticking to drinking lots of water and keeping cals under 1500 a day. Not drinking any alcohol for all of Oct. Don't massively miss it tbh so I might stick at it til Christmas (Maybe like 80/20).

I am losing weight but scales keep jumping around so one day I'll see a drop and then it changes again days later and is back up plus more. Very disheartening but will stick at it. I guess overall trends are the key.
