I'm in. I had a baby last January and have lost the weight with 5K runs. I would now like to dedicate more time to grooming and pampering.

Here is my list:

  1. Drink enough water
  2. Exfoliate everyday (I will switch between the Ameliorate body mitt, body brush, aha based lotion or spray and a physical body scrub)
  3. Eat 2 portions of fruit a day (I already eat veg 3 times a day)
  4. Walk at least 5K steps a day (but aiming for 10K)
  5. Do at least 10 minutes of activity each day that raises my heart rate to a high bpm (my resting bpm is 60)
  6. Use an eyelash serum every night (I have Maybelline)
  7. Use an oil based product everyday, either cleansing oil or face oil
  8. Apply leg oil or cream and do a firm massage daily
  9. Apply foot cream daily
10. Put away £1 a day towards a beauty treat
Rocaille · 29/09/2020 12:00

I'm in! I'll come back later with my list.

Snipples · 29/09/2020 15:19

I'm in! Will have a think of list and share later. Already doing a general get ready for Christmas countdown but that is also focused on house decluttering so this will be more beauty focused which I def need.

I'm counting today as day 1 as it's October 1st:

1. Drink enough water Just finished my last glass
2. Exfoliate everyday (I will switch between the Ameliorate body mitt, body brush, aha based lotion or spray and a physical body scrub) I used the Ameliorate mitt

  1. Eat 2 portions of fruit a day (I already eat veg 3 times a day)
*4. Walk at least 5K steps a day (but aiming for 10K) Over 16k steps 5. Do at least 10 minutes of activity each day that raises my heart rate to a high bpm (my resting bpm is 60) Over 90 minutes 6. Use an eyelash serum every night (I have Maybelline) Yes 7. Use an oil based product everyday, either cleansing oil or face oil Used both
  1. Apply leg oil or cream and do a firm massage daily Did this
  2. Apply foot cream daily Did this
10. Put away £1 a day towards a beauty treat Done

I also found and used my pair of The Body Shop 'beauty' gloves that you put on after you apply hand cream to help it soak in more deeply.

If anyone likes the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer (or wants to try a new hair repairing treatment), there's a good offer here (not an affiliate link, but an offer sent to previous subscribers of their other titles):

conde-nast.msgfocus.com/c/1551BSrLFLA0QIz31rhGrHm3A

You get a full size pot (coconut scent) for free (worth £33), 12 print editions of the Conde Nast Traveller magazine (with free delivery), as well as digital access to those 12 issues too - all for £12.

A print copy of the magazine in store retails for £4.95 I believe
