Who tints their eyebrows?

Wondering whether to start tinting my own eyebrows rather than paying for someone to do them?

Firstly, is it fairly easy to do without staining your skin (the lady I use always makes them look so good) & secondly which is the best product to use?

I do my own using the revolution brow gel peeling stuff. It comes with an applicator

They do tend to come with an applicator and a mascara wand but I don’t use the wand, I use the skinny plastic stick applicator as it’s the most precise.

You want to get a thick layer on which has been worked in to coat all the hair.

I’ve ordered eyelure off amazon it’s coming tomorrow!

How long do you find the tint lasts? I looked at some high street brands the other day and they looked like they would a few days, rather than the weeks I get from salon henna...

My eyelure lasts until the hairs grow back, some of mine are white and you can see a clear stripe. It might fade slightly but I've never really noticed. Do them every few months here.

Piece of cake. I use Refectocil dye (3.1 light brown as I’m blonde with fair brows) and developer. I apply with a small, flat, synthetic bristled eyeshadow brush (the type you press shadow onto your eyelid). Follow the instructions in the box. It’s really easy.

Clean up any over-run with a dry cotton bud. If the dye is too dark for you or you’ve got some on your skin (which will happen), give your brows a good going over with an acid pad like the NipFab glycolic fix ones to take it down.

Mine lasts about 6 weeks but I do them really naturally as my eyebrows need a bit of definition but my face can’t take a really strong brow.
