Looking for tights that don't fall down!

I'm 5 8 and always buy extra large for the length but all I do is spend the whole day pulling them up. I know you can wear knickers over them but would prefer not to! Any recommendations please :)

I agree with the others snag.

I've never been able to wear tights til I found snag tights. Even the ones in plus size shops didn't fit as they weren't long enough for me to pull up.

Not worn tights since I was at school but another pair of knickers over the top always worked for me.

I agree, snag! I'm 5 8 as well and around a size 12 to 14 and found the E size perfect!

The only snag (did you see what I did there?) is that they look like every other pair of tights. Don’t do what I did: bought three pairs of Snag tights and got them mixed up with my other 30 other pairs of shite black tights!

I think I need to start again by ditching all my tights and only buying from Snag. When I first put them on they didn’t feel any different, but they did not move all day! I’m the same height as you.

Interesting that the DM is currently running a feature ad on the very same brand of tights ....

MazDazzle my snags had what I can only describe as reinforcement on the crotch 😂 I sorted out my socks the other day and got rid of all the tights I've previously tried and failed at wearing.

It's not the first time some ones asked me if I'm advertising or working for snag. I just spent so long looking for tights I could wear I want to let everyone else know about them too!

I've got loads of snag tights and don't agree they snag at all! I love them. Best fitting tights I've ever had. Recently bought a few more pairs in a size up because I'm pregnant and maternity tights are woeful.

Chubbyhotchoc the only pair of mine that snagged straight away they replaced free of charge.

Am beginning to think they should pay me because every thread about these I come on to say Snags!

Okay, for once I will talk about the downsides to snags.

1. The packaging ~ everyone loves it at first, but actually is it necessary? Seems like a waste of paper
2. The colours ~ again, people rave about the colours but meh... loads of customers request more neutral colours, but instead they bring out quirky 'Halloween' prints
3. Yeah I did get a couple of holes in the toes (maybe I just have pointy toenails though as this happens to all my tights? )

But for absolute comfort and sizing (and wacky colours if you're into that sort of thing) Snags all the way

It’s that time of year again and seemingly time to put legs away Heist or the more expensive Autograph range; both have “proper” cotton gusset and are seam free.

Rather than the uncomfortable knickers over the top trick, the secret is no knickers! Sister does the same. Tights adhere to the body but not so well to other fabrics, hence gravity and slippage. It might feel odd at first but it really does work.

Obviously the cotton gusset is esential here, don’t try it with cheap supermarket pairs.
