Mine are from Celtic & Co and have finally given up the ghost after two years hard service.

Mine are Uggs. Got them as a present and always thought they were something I’d never spend that much money on myself, but when these so I’m going straight back out for another pair.

They’re amazing because they just don’t smell. I have slightly smelly feet (Blush) and have had instances of cheap slippers having to be thrown out after wearing for a short period of time. No such issue with the Uggs, even though I often wear them all day and without socks.

BurningTheToast · 12/09/2020 10:43

Mine are Celtic and I also have their Aqualamb for outdoor cosy feet.

What's given the ghost? Celtic offer a repair/renovation service so might be able to save them.

Ninkanink · 12/09/2020 10:46

Celtic & co. I see you’re already familiar with them!

John Lewis! Bought to replace another John Lewis pair a few weeks ago, and these ones are even better than the originals. www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-partners-sheepskin-mule-cuff-slippers/p4863579

Another good place to check is TK Maxx - they often have Just Sheepskin slippers in stock.

WinterAndRoughWeather · 12/09/2020 10:55

I used to have an absolutely gorgeous pair of leopard print ballerina sheepskin slippers from Morlands. Bloody expensive, but they were a present. I’d love another pair one day (they lasted years). They often have a sale at morlands after Christmas.

Kay1341 · 12/09/2020 10:57

I have these, they're super cosy!

Another vote for Uggs - pricey but so comfortable and last well so a good investment

WellThankyouAJPTaylor · 12/09/2020 11:35

Kiwi Sheepskins, boot style but with a soft sole - I prefer a soft sole for indoors cos I tend to curl up on couches rather than sit like a normal person 😊

I've had mine about 3-4 years and they're still going!

AestheticWitch · 12/09/2020 12:07

Mine are SnowPaw from Groupon and they are still going strong after 3 years.

cautiouscovidity · 12/09/2020 12:24

Celtic & Co. I have the house boots. This is at least their 4th winter - they will last me a long time!

Pombearbuffet · 12/09/2020 15:30

Mine do get a lot of wear, I’ve worn a hole in these and they’re really disgusting now. I’ll have a look at the links, thanks.

Yes I got lovely ‘Just Sheepskin’ slippers for me and DH last Christmas, both half price at TKMaxx. I’ve had Celtic&co a few times too, quite pricey and Just sheepskin ones have been just as good, maybe better as not gone quite as bald at the heel.
notapizzaeater · 12/09/2020 15:56

My ugg slippers are 3 years old, will get a new pair this Xmas - wouldn't have spent that much on them But they've lasted brilliantly- def got my moneys worth from them. M and m sometimes have them in the sale.

I absolutely love my uggs - I feel happy every time I put them on as they are so comfy. I used to wear faux fur slippers as so comfy but they never lasted and much prefer these

silentpool · 12/09/2020 16:32

Uggs. They were a gift. But they've been going strong for a few years.

Basdan · 12/09/2020 16:37

I've been wearing these sheepland ones for years, wear them all year round and they are amazing, best slippers I've ever had and can't imagine ever buying any others. I get seconds from the sale section, they are a few pounds cheaper and I've never even known what the reason for them being considered seconds was, they seem perfect to me!

WhereAreWeNow · 12/09/2020 17:20

Celtic & Co. Several years old and still going strong.

Infullbloom · 12/09/2020 17:25

I've been wearing the moccasin style from sheepskin world for years. Very cozy and comfy and reasonably priced. I like the soft sole but they do a hard sole version.

I've just had Sheepers recommended to me. Apparently they're great, I'm looking forward to owning a pair.

Divebar · 12/09/2020 17:43

I’ve got Sheepers. I love them.

Trumpton · 12/09/2020 17:45
