Strange question, but what colour is my son's hair?

DH and I can’t work it out! Blond, brown, slightly ginger - it looks like all of those, usually at the same time 😆

What colour is it??

Quite a lot more browns now! I would have said brown too, but for the white blond strands underneath and the way it glows in the sun!

Re a PP - I agree he isn’t a redhead, but he does have red lights in his hair (Roxaaaaaanne) as well as the brown and gold.

I think probably he’s brown haired, with more of my colouring than his dad's - I was a definite light-mid brown, with gold and red highlights depending on the quality of light.

I do struggle to see him as blond! It doesn’t seem light enough for that.

No, I’m still confused 😆😆 my mum said strawberry blond yesterday, but I don’t think he’s red enough for that.

I’m amused though at the contrast of some people saying mousy brown (which I was for years and is supposedly the most boring uninteresting hair colour!) and others saying it’s a beautiful colour! Perhaps we need to revise "mousy brown" as a dull nothing sort of colour 😆

Looks light brown to me.

Light brown.

Dark blonde.

He will be brunette soonish I think - at this age, his hair is as light as it will ever be.

It’s blonde.... not even a dark blonde just blonde but will probably darken as he gets older
