Are they worth it?

I'm 5'7, size 10-12 with a round bum, it's where I carry my weight and so far it's still perky which is very lucky and I want to make the most of it as long as I can

Legs would be a 10 - in bottoms I buy a 12 to accommodate the aforementioned arse.

What size would you suggest I get?

Do they really not fade / ladder?

I want to believe the hype!

I love mine.
I wear mine every day NHS also) and they are the only tights I have found that don't slip down at the crotch, roll down at the waist and twist at the legs.
They are so comfortable and for me worth every penny.
In fact I'm just waiting on delivery of some new pairs.

Oh and none of mine have snagged at all despite daily wear.

Mine were also the 80 denier. But so flimsy feeling and snagged straight away. Really disappointed.

Are they not good for short people then?

They do a wide range of sizes, big to small, but their “thing” is that they don’t roll down because there is a lot of fabric in the “body”.

I love them. I’ve recently found out they are a local company to me. A small family rule business who have been successful and I wish them more success as the tights I bought have been so comfy. I’ve binders my m&s that I’ve bought for years as I found the bum/waist area too low rise for me and accentuated my lumps and bumps under a dress. I’m all smooth lines with my snags.

I also found that they snag easily ( the thick ones). Sad as colours and feel are lovely.

its a no from me, as said before they snag and are useless after one wear, for the price its ridiculous

My £2 primark ones dont even do that!

Mine have been great - I'm a short size 12/14 and their size D is just about perfect for me.

I don't think they say anywhere the tights don't snag or ladder though? Surely all tights do that if you get them caught on something. Mine have been fine though but I am quite careful in general and most tights last me a long time. The only issue I had was when I wore them with ankle boots and the edge of the boots rubbed on the tights and left marks. That pair only gets worn with boots now.

They are awful. Expensive and snag on the first wear

I've just received me order and I must say they are always beautifully packaged.

These feel slightly different to my previous order, slightly thicker but are beautifully soft as always.

That should have said "my" order not "me" order.

Gosh it's really interesting seeing so many people say they snag easily. Mine are basically indestructible - they've done me 3 winters now and I'm only just replacing them because they've started to bobble (my own fault for tumble drying them!). I wonder if they've changed construction since I bought mine? Will report back when I get the replacements!

If you are short, then err on a lower size.

I am short and fat and ended up with Nora batty ankles with my recommend size.

I love the comfort. But they’re too expensive when you only get one wear out of them 🤷‍♀️

One wear?
I wear mine daily and my first pair are still going strong with not a snag, sag or bobble in sight.

They are expensive but when they last as long as they are doing for me then they are actually incredibly good value for money.

I don’t underarms all these people saying they run after one wear

I have been wearing my first pairs for a year.

I am a pretty dresses and roll and around in the mud kind of lass... while my first pairs do look old now they have taken a lot of wear

What are you doing in them because I have put marquees up and down, crawled around under vehicles, jumped in and out of skips, rolled down hills, climbed trees, you name it... I don’t hold back to keep my tights/dresses nice

I don't understand the one wear comments either (and I promise I don't work for Snag!).

I do put tights on carefully and wash them in a laundry bag, maybe that's why mine last?

I don’t understand the snagging and laddering comments at all. I buy about a dozen assorted colours in Autumn and wear most days for work. I’ve never had a pair snag or ladder. They seem very hardwearing.

It is odd, to be fair the ones I bought for me have been very robust, and I love that they don’t roll down: but I bought some for my DD, and they were trashed after one wear, I think there were about 3 holes in them and a couple of ladders!

My primark tights are worn to death so it can't be the way I treated them!

I’m 5’4” size 20-22 and I find them amazing, very comfortable on the waist.

Maybe theyve changed manufacturers or something. Seems a total split if people who say they’re long lasting and others who don’t. I’ve never had problems with other tights like this.

Mine are really robust! Fell down in them and absolutely shredded my knee, bled all over the place... tights were fine! Good as new after a wash. They’re the best I’ve had for not falling down too

I ordered some and they sent the wrong size. That put me off tbh.
