@VioletWillow you missed my second post. At the time of my comment the post wasn’t allowing comments and was also vague. I see that’s now changed. But initially it was basically saying you can only post about x y and z, while being vague and not allowing responses. And it was only obvious here and another site. It wasn’t obvious on the FB group. At the time. Hence my post.
There was obviously a change of heart, and I’m pleased about that. Like I’ve said.
Bless you. Yes it's all much clearer now, thankfully! 😃

Coffeeandbeans · 16/09/2020 22:17

@VioletWillow - that’s exactly what happened - I thought I was going mad.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 16/09/2020 22:31

Just when you thought this mess was calming down!
People have actually been recommending SBS on the group. There is loads of love for Emily. There has been little criticism of SBS - just some disappointment.

Standrewsschool · 17/09/2020 06:57

I don’t mind admitting that I’ve recommended SBS in the past. I was (and still am) pleased with the service I got. I think the main complaints people have had is how she has dealt with people who have questioned their results. As the old Facebook (and new?) site testified, many people have been pleased with the advice given.

It’s just a bit unfortunate that it’s gone a bit pear shape.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 17/09/2020 07:40

@Standrewsschool I didn’t mean to sound critical of those who recommended SBS. I meant that far from there being defamatory comments, there have actually been some enthusiastic customers along with some disappointed ones.

Standrewsschool · 17/09/2020 08:05

Sorry, read it the opposite to what you intended!

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 17/09/2020 08:28

I didn’t word it well

terrywynne · 17/09/2020 10:09

Is Discord really being used by companies providing a service these days? I know it from gaming (great for voice Comms if you are playing online with friends). There are organisations and star pro players that have Discord communities but they are absolutely insane to try and follow the chat in. You practically have to be on there all day to keep track of the chat and once the conversation has moved on it is hard to go back to the chat from a couple of hours earlier so you can miss out if you weren't online at that time (unlike Facebook posts or forum threads). It would really put me off using a service (rather than entertainment) providing company to be honest. I hope this isn't a sign of a general trend!

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 17/09/2020 20:53

I have unfollowed SBS. I stayed out of nosiness but now I want nothing to do with them

GingerAndTheBiscuits · 18/09/2020 11:59

Susie’s stories suggesting changes to come in response to feedback. Taken a while but maybe they’re getting there.

pontiouspilates · 18/09/2020 12:04

I saw that too Ginger nice to think that they are finally listening and acting upon feedback.

@happyandloved If you aren’t already on Tattle, go and give it a read. Seems you’re not the only one!

Such poor behaviour from her. I’ve always said she seems like a nice person, but this has changed my mind completely. How dare she try and bully customers who were happy with her services into silence!

Teazels · 18/09/2020 12:36

Any sympathy I had has gone, what a dick move.

11MrsLuther · 18/09/2020 13:00

I can't believe she is threatening to sue people for leaving a factual review on trat pilot. Seriously!

Geggs · 18/09/2020 13:00

@happyandloved

Please tell me other people have received an email from susies solicitors? I'm absolutely fuming
That’s shocking. Scare tactics! They’ve lost any shred of respect or sympathy I had for them.
11MrsLuther · 18/09/2020 13:00

@happyandloved I have no legal experience at all but I would be surprised if you can be sued or anything for saying the truth?

People moan about amazon and other companies online all the time and aren’t sued.

YettaTessieMarmelstein · 18/09/2020 13:54

@happyandloved Wow. I am beyond shocked. This is disgusting behaviour. How do they know who you are? From providing your e mail address to Trust Pilot?

Geggs · 18/09/2020 13:57

@happyandloved

Thank you I will have a look. Not sure Im meant to even be posting in here either as this may be against the rules. What a nightmare
Post freely. This is what they want. They’ve tried this on the new FB group too. It’s intimidation and disgusting tactics.
citykat · 18/09/2020 14:04

Defamation accusations seems so very unlikely to go anywhere. She and the lawyers are hoping the disgruntled customers will be frightened off. Terrible way to run a business. Stay strong
