What shower gels are you loving at the moment?

I love the Body Shop shower gels but not buying anything from them for JK Rowling related reasons. Please could you share which shower gels you currently love? I have dry skin that's not sensitive, and love a strong scent, not hugely bothered whether that's fruity / floral / spicy/ whatever. Ta!

I use Molton Brown shower gels, the Rosa Absolute is amazing and the Costal Cypress is so summery and fresh.

The smell of this body wash from Haeckels is very strong in a good way. It’s difficult to describe but I found it uplifting during lockdown, as if adding a bit of colour to lockdown ‘greyhound days’ when every morning felt the same with not much to look forward to.

I'm looking for a shower gel that moisturises. Any suggestions?

@diplodocusinermine, thanks. Annoyingly I have no access to TK Maxx! MiL sends me Italian soaps as presents but they are all floral.

@VictoriaBun, it turns milky on contact with water, so should be ok.
@Extracurricularfatigue, sadly not. Would be amazing if MB had a bar soap version of each shower gel.

TK Maxx often have a good selection of bar soaps. I love lemon and olive oil.

I second the L'Occitane Verbena soap - the Shea butter one. Also the Shea Butter Lavender soap. It's a refreshing lavender rather than a sweet one.

Huge 200G bars that last forever and very kind to skin. Make the bathroom smell lovely too.

M&S Ragdale Hall sleep range Lavender, absolutely gorgeous

Soap & Glory Clean on me is absolutely lovely, use a body puff for a good lather. It smells amazing and leaves skin fragrant and soft for hours. I use cheap bar soap for my armpits though otherwise I get BO

Palmolive Cashmere is my absolute favourite. We use a combo of shower gel and bar soap.

People who use bar soap, do you use a puff or flannel or something, or just lather it in your hands?

Elemis British Botanical is lovely. I dont like the new packaging though

Molton Brown pure milk soap. Fresh and lovely

Another bar soap user here. Imperial Leather and Dove are the ones I always go back to. You don't need anything other than your hands with soap.

Another vote for Faith in Nature. Their lavender soap is beautiful and so is their tea tree range.

@Bizzywater, oooh I'd forgotten about that one, it's only small though isn't it, like a hand soap.
I love Lush Milky Bar soap, the scent is so comforting.
Burts Bees baby soap is good too.

I love the Petit Marseillais shower gels - especially the olive one - you can buy in supermarkets in France. I'm down to my last bottle and was hoping to head to France on holiday next week and, among other things, replenish my stock. Not sure if will happen now! I know you can buy them online and get them shipped, but it works out really ££.
