Is this an okay outfit?

Liked the look of these jeans and this top. Or so I thought. Didn't realise from the way the jeans were folded and on the wrong rail, that they were ripped. Not sure if they look okay together, and more to the point, if they look okay on me. The jeans are Mom jeans, but are they too tight round my calves?

Thanks.

That's still a casual outfit to me, they aren't 'dressy' jeans but totally fine.

Like the jeans! Both the 2nd and 3rd outfit. Would be dressy enough for any pubs, socialising at friends’, meals etc IMO.

Oh that's nice! I thjnk it depends on where your 'dressier' place is. I'm pretty dull so don't go anywhere posh but in summer I'd wear the outfits in 2 and 3 out to a pub or casual restaurant. In winter possibly not ( not sure why not). Have you looked at ripped jeans outfits in Pinterest? Might inspire you x

Not a fan of ripped jeans, but they do fit you well. You don't look short at all in the pics but I would imagine they also make you look shorter as they cut your legs in half?

Ripped jeans are by their nature really casual so I think they look weird with anything that's not equally casual.... The flowery top is really incongruous with it, and just not flattering on you full stop.

Team the white tee and jeans with heels and a blazer and you'd look fantastic for the bbq xx

I really like the second look and quite like the third look. I don't think the proportions are as good in the first one, although I quite like the top in itself - I think I would wear it with either leggings or a fairly short denim skirt.

Unlike some of the others here I think it can look good, in a rock-chick sort of way, to mix ripped jeans with something more glamorous. If these were my jeans I'd possibly consider wearing them in the autumn with high-heeled black ankle boots and some kind of smart jacket.
